The response time was fast. The ordonnance was not accepted because the doctor was not registered in France. So basically, I paid for nothing.

Nous sommes navrés d'apprendre que vous avez rencontré une difficulté en pharmacie.
Il est possible que votre pharmacien ne sache pas comment dispenser le traitement sur la base d’une ordonnance européenne.
Le fait que l’ordonnance soit établie par un médecin Européen peut-il être un motif de refus de délivrance ?
“Non, si l’ordonnance comporte les informations requises, le pharmacien doit l'exécuter, à condition que le médicament soit également disponible” c’est écrit noir sur blanc sur le site Your Europe, site de l’UE.
Nos médecins sont enregistrés à l'ordre des médecins Irlandais, en vertu de la directive européenne sur les soins transfrontaliers qui reconnaît valide une prescription établie par un médecin enregistré dans un autre état membre de l'U.E, cette ordonnance est reconnue en France.
Merci de nous contacter directement depuis la pharmacie afin que nous puissions vous assister.
