How it works

To get started, fill in a short online questionnaire about your health. One of our doctors will review your answers to make sure the treatment is safe and right for you.

They look carefully at your health history, symptoms and any risks before making a decision. If the treatment you’ve asked for isn’t suitable, they’ll suggest a safer option or explain what to do next.

Most reviews are completed within 72 hours. For some treatments, like weight loss, it can take a little longer if more checks are needed. If your treatment is approved, it will be sent to you from our in-house pharmacy within 1-2 days. Next day delivery is available for many treatments at an extra cost.

Never ever will I use this company…

Never ever will I use this company again my medication was over the 48 hour cool period I order a three month supply they used Royal Mail right before a bank holiday the medication is now no good
They expected me to send the two pens back at a cost to myself refusing too send me two replacement pens or a prepaid envelope !!!!
Was extremely rude to me in every way no help despite the delivery issue been there fault !!! & I proved it with video evidence
So I’m stuck with medication I can’t use & £294 out of pocket I’d avoid at all cost tbh as they don’t care about there customers Iv reported them
