Poor Serivce
Was using the service for 3 months and no problems. DPD then failed to deliver to the correct address and thats when the service was absolutely shocking. I called to get my perscription resent and its basically computer says no. They said they would raise a DPD case to find out what had happened and this would take 6 days. Then if my perscription was recieved back they would re-dispatched otherwise I had to wait until the end of the investigation. They would NOT send another perscription in the meatime. Added to this I am on holiday in 6 days time so I will be without medication for over 2 weeks. Alot of the medication documentation says that you should not wait that long in between doses, but the Zava Drs seem to think it will be fine. (that concerns me to be honest). When you are paying a premium for a service and then they refuse to help when it goes wrong that when you learn the most about the business. I will be getting a refund and moving to another service.
