0 stars. They prey on the vulnerable a lot of cancer patients needing hair. SCAMMERS. Wigs are rubbish, better off buying one from shein. Awful products, human hair isn’t human hair, lace is cut badly. Refused refunds even though items were sent back. Do not use this company unless you want to be let down and have your money stolen.
I’m reporting them to trading standards this company needs to be shut down.
Also went against gdpr and shared my personal details on their social media to make themselves feel better.

Time wasting and stressful
Very very poor service and very surprised this company is actually still operating ,they’re ready to ship items actually aren’t ready ! I even emailed first to check the availability before I purchased and was reassured it would be 7-10 days ,after 10 days I contacted them I was informed they had over sold the item and would be another 3 weeks or I could have a “prompt” refund ! They rarely responded to my emails and was then eventually told it was a 7-14 working day time frame on all refunds , fortunately I’d paid by PayPal so raised a dispute with them and today I’ve finally been refunded ,thankfully as it was nearly £700 ! 6 weeks after my pointless order

Absolutely love this hair serum! The packaging is so eye-catching and I adore the little pipet bottle, as I can easily measure out just the right amount for my hair. It's so easy to use and leaves my hair super silky and soft! I am so happy to have found this product which has helped transform my tatty dry ends into beautiful luscious locks - finally, a serum that really works :)

This is my 4th wig from Zeeelle and so far my favourite! I had breast cancer and the wigs are helping me to build up my confidence. I am having so many compliments, looks so realistic, perfect, my boyfriend loved it!

Consider Aliexpress before purchasing from this company. It is a hell of a lot of money to spend for alleged substandard products!
I have posted a video on tiktok about my experience which has thankfully reached lots of people. I've received so many DMs from people with similar terrible experiences. This company continues to scam people and takes their hard earned money for doing absolutely nothing.

Very disappointed in this company. I wish I had looked at reviews before I ordered and I would have stayed away.
I wear wigs for medical reasons and needed a new one, there website makes everything seem so good and trust worthy.
I ordered a wig that looked incredible, when i received it I was more than disappointed.
The hair is so so thin, ratty and dry. The wig is awful and unwearable and definitely not worth £830 I paid.
One good thing is the hairline is plucked well but there is no point having a good hair line if the rest of your hair is ratty.
I emailed them hoping it was a one off mistake and it would be put right.. I offered to return the wig to them for a refund… all before checking trust Pilot reviews.
They emailed back saying they do not except refunds and will tell the styling team and to provide photos.
I provided photos of what was advertised and what I received and I have had no reply since.
I understand no refunds if the customer just doesn’t like it or changes their minds but I’m asking for a refund because the item is not satisfactory
This wig will never be worn, it looks terrible.

If you have thick, frizzy hair like me I would say this definitely so good at taming the hair and giving it shine as thick, frizzy hair loses its shine easily. It’s full of oils which I would say is the best for after the shower when styling. I have quite dry to combination hair so for me, these oils are perfect at adding shine and even bringing my waves out which I know I have but usually can’t take care of due to thickness and frizz.
Therefore, I wanted to try on my boyfriends curly hair too and gave him such a sleek definition.
I would say this product is better for more thicker hair and those looking to enhance their curls and give hair some structure.

I was diagnosed with Breast Cancer when I was 23 and due to chemo, I lost my hair. My wigs are my lifeline, and I will not leave the house without wearing one. I ordered a wig from Zeeelle because the pictures and videos on their website looked high quality. AND BOY WAS I WRONG!
I received the hair 2 months later after chasing customer service several times. When I finally received the order, I opened the box and was shocked to find 2 wigs that were dry, snapped, and ruined with horrendous colouring and harsh dye marks. Plus, the wigs were shedding clumps of hair by just one stroke of a brush!
I was devastated as I had my hopes up this whole time that I had finally found a wig that I might finally feel myself in. I lost all my confidence during cancer treatment and this wig was supposed to give me back a piece of my old self.
I spent £800 on these wigs, which was A LOT of money for someone who cannot physically work due to cancer treatment. I requested the refund in AUGUST 2023 and AM STILL waiting on this refund (it is now APRIL 2024).
I have contacted the customer service email multiple times and they have ignored me repeatedly. I had to ask friends and family to email them as customers to get their attention, and once they responded (literally within a day), then my friends and family would reply back with a cc of my email thread asking them to respond.
They finally got back to me and asked that I send the wigs back untouched in the same box, which I did. I sent the package tracked via Royal Mail and was notified when the package was received by them in February 2024.
I chased Zeeelle to ask when I should expect to receive a refund now that they had received the wigs. I got a reply days later saying that I need to allow up to 15 working days for the refund to be processed.
15 days later AND STILL NOTHING. Bearing in mind, this whole time I am trying to recover from cancer treatment and surgeries. The ignorance and constant chasing has caused so much more stress!
I MASSIVELY REGRET BUYING FROM THIS COMPANY AND I WISH I HAD DONE MY RESEARCH BEFORE BUYING!!!!
I then chased again, at which point they came back to me and said they were struggling to refund the money and asked for my bank details. I had a glimmer of hope that this issue was finally going to be settled. They said another 7 working days.
7 days later and STILL NOTHING. They keep coming back with different excuses as to why I haven't received the refund yet.
If they had any OUNCE OF HUMANITY, they would refund me the money right away. This has caused me so much stress, mentally and financially, on top of everything I am dealing with throughout my Cancer treatment.
Not once have they shown any form of acknowledgement, or sympathy towards my situation, or genuinely apologised for the disrespectful service that I have received.
The company should be ASHAMED of themselves!
I am still waiting on my refund, it has now been over 6 months.

I ordered two wigs over 1800 and neither one came and everytime i tried to cancel they kept saying it was but yet it showed processed and shipping. This company is a SCAM! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!! I lost 1800 and still have no hair and no refund after 8 weeks and 8 emails asking to refund!
Update: they said they refunded within 5-7 days and still have neither order refunded! Very disappointed in myself for buying from these people!
2nd update: have emailed this company MULTIPLE times after the 7 days business window for refunds and still have not received any money back for either of my orders.

I have struggled with trichotillomania for over 15 years. I ordered a few wigs all from a hairdressing shop (all real hair) but wasn't satisfied once. I came across Zee elle 7-8 years ago and wanted to try my chance. The wig that arrived was beautiful, the length and density was exactly as I imagined. I already have 3 wigs from Zee elle and will be ordering another one in the next few days. I am very satisfied and can recommend it to everyone.

Ordered Jan 6th states shipped but never received. Not the best quality wigs but cheap enough, however their customer service is the worst ever! If you’re lucky enough to get a reply it will be with a vague reference to your order.. definitely would not recommend

Save your nerves and money
I have ordered wigs on 26th of December. Received them in January all wrong cap sizes + faulty. The company has agreed to expedite the replacement. Now it’s March and not a sight of the products I’ve ordered for £1144.
I have been the most polite during this awful and stressful process, thus with the time only running out I shall be claiming my money back + ombudsman to seek compensation not only for huge costs (£50) insuring to ship the wigs back (there’s no way I’d risk shipping £1144 wigs with no insurance), but also the inconvenience I had to go through since they’re purchased for both medical and professional purpose.
I will keep this review updated here with the process of this matter. Save your money and your nerves - never had one issue purchasing elsewhere.

Awful! The company is a circus! No customer service skills at all! My item never arrived.. no reply’s to my emails and when I do get the odd reply after a month of emailing I’m told they are dealing with it when I was told weeks prior they were dealing with it, they don’t like to give refunds! Don’t like to communicate and dont give a toss about people losing their money to this company.. avoid! Do not send them your money to be ripped off! I’m shocked they are still able to run a business!

I ordered and received 5 synthetic wigs for myself and my daughter
These wigs are the best synthetic wigs we have purchased over the past year. The quality by far the best ones I've purchased, stunning colouring, soft and realistic hair line and looking hair. Limited shedding not fake shiny hair. There have been some problems with slow processing and delivery but an email and Instagram message to customer service i gotcan update and delivery time pretty quick. Which I understand from it being a small business delays happen. I'd recommend, not only for the quality but also reasonable price too. Terrible customer service, very disorganised.
I don’t usually write bad reviews, but when it comes to wig companies I expect more. You don’t know what someone is going through when they buy a wig and it is absolutely crucial that care and attention is put into their order. I ordered a wig, which took really long to arrive but when it did I missed the delivery, then my collection point refused to take it (DHLs fault) so it got returned to Zeeelle. I tried to get in touch with customer service via email and they didn’t get back to me so eventually I got in touch with someone on instagram. They sent a replacement wig which ended up being the wrong cap size. I also ordered blind knots which didn’t arrive. They refused to give me a refund because I had cut the lace before I realised it was the wrong size, but agreed to replace it. Don’t understand the difference but I agreed. Now I’m waiting on a postage label so I can return the wig. Then today they got in touch with me via email thinking the wig had been delivered and had no idea what had been going on so I had to explain everything to them. I first ordered this wig on Boxing Day and it’s now 15 February and it feels like this process is far from getting resolved. Terrible, disorganized company with no regard for the vulnerable experience that is buying a wig. I tried to explain why this is unacceptable and that part of my message got ignored and have still not received a substantial apology. I work in a bar and have done more for unhappy customers and they’re buying a beer, not something they are really hoping will change their life for the better.
