Just received my order, and it is stunning.

I was a little apprehensive about my order after reading some reviews, and I noticed my dispatch date kept getting pushed back. However, I spoke to a lady who reassured me that my order was being processed & a little after a week my hair has arrived.
The hair is absolutely stunning, it even smells amazing and it actually arrived earlier than expected.

my parcel was left on my doorstep and…

my parcel was left on my doorstep and when i got home from work it had been stolen evri have taken responsibility of it so ive sent 4 emails now to zeeelle customer services about refunding me and ive still not had 1 reply!!!!! i am disgusted with the service! i had to go out and buy a wig as i had a xmas works do and due to me losing my hair recently through an illness ive been diagnosed with i could not go out otherwise ive recieved an email after i put this review on sayin they are getting in contact with evri and theyve offered me a free gift and refund once they have spoken to the courier well this is still goin on!!! they obviousely asked me to update my review as i finally got a reply from them!!! but another week later still they are making me out as a liar and am now waiting apparantely for the courier to admit leaving the parcel in an unsecure place!! even though i have sent them a picture twice now showing where my parcel was left and ive also sent them the email from the courier that says it shouldnt of been left where it was!!! customer service is appauling and i dont need this stress after being in hospital for 4 weeks losing my hair due to my condition!!! i will be taking this matter further! stay away from ordering with this company!!

Be careful

Be careful, they don’t ship your orders and nobody answers any emails or their customer support chat. Tried to reach them many times. Placed an order the 30 of October. Haven’t heard anything back and 0 reply’s.

EDIT :
I still haven't received my order!! they kept answering my emails after the last review saying its in the final stage at the hairdresser before delivering to me so then i just waited in hope that it will soon arrive. After another 3-4 weeks i send an email back to the same person.. which seems to completely have forgot about me and everything starts over, i have to send the order number again and i just get a short answer that there are no updates. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE! THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND NOT SHIP THE PRODUCTS!!!!

Do not waste your money, read the reviews!

Ordered 1 wig worth £1200 and got another one free which I thought was a great deal..
Where to even start, first off both wigs look absolutely nothing at all like the pics they have on the website! Not only are the colours completely off but so is the blend and length (cannot be blamed on screen colour differences). This is no way shape or from the wig I ordered. The 18-20 inches is more like 16-18inches. They really must send decent wigs to influencers or promoters because the ones I got were absolutely awful, there’s no way anyone is hyping these up, I’d rather stay bald.
Surely they must pass some product inspection, like who would be proud of this. These wigs are just terrible for the price and anybody trying to say otherwise is just lying.

The quality for this price is soooo bad, I would’ve expected something of similar quality from a synthetic wig which is just a fraction of this price! I just can’t believe what I’ve been sent. I’d say the wig I paid £1200 would be more suitable at £250.

All in all, I should’ve checked the reviews on here before ordering, how this company is still operating is a joke. They just use influencers to hype them up. I can tell you that the majority of these high star reviews are from influencers or people that have been gifted these wigs because there’s just no way someone paying this kinda money for this product is going to be happy with it, it’s not even the same wig that is pictured.
Avoiddddd!!!! What a waste of money. I didn’t even bother asking for a refund because they cover themselves by stating no refunds when you purchase as they are apparently made to order yet I don’t remember ordering this wig, it’s like I got it off wish.com

From your review, I understand you have a problem with the length received. We usually recommend you measure the length with a tape. If the length is shorter than the description we will replace the wig with no questions asked.

Additionally, in your review you compared our human hair wigs with a synthetic wig. We believe this is an unfair comparison as synthetic wigs have completely different properties from a human hair wig. For start, a synthetic wig will look amazing straight out of the box (unlike human hair) however it will start to wear out after a few wears / you always have to brush it.

I am always sceptical about trying new…

I am always sceptical about trying new products due to ingredients but this is amazing… and actually does what it says!! I have used it twice and my hair feels refreshed, soft and the curls are bouncy. Will continue to use this one!

Excellent value wigs

I just received 2 wigs I ordered over a week early, be aware of the dispatch time in the info as they’re made to order. I ordered ‘Be Iconic’ which I think is a beginners wig and it’s amazing! So easy to wear (on a bald head) gorgeous human hair wig that was literally a tenth of the price of some of my daughter’s wigs and just as good if not better. Can’t comment on how they wash but at this price I can’t imagine I’ll be disappointed as the hair looks so good now. Hairline looks very realistic. The second wig is just as lovely but slightly more involved in the wear as the lace goes around the sides, be aware of the type of cap you’re buying if a little inexperienced like us. Communication was excellent on Instagram, and tbh I am a hard work customer :) but I received patient and clear answers to all my questions. If it isn’t already clear, we’re very happy with the wigs and service.. thank you Zeeelle.

Great quality wig, lightspeed shipping

I placed my order with Zeelle, read the reviews here afterwards and got so scared I asked them to cancel my order! (Un)Fortunately it wasn’t possible because they shipped it right away - I received the wig the day after I placed my order, and I was so very pleasantly surprised because the speed of delivery was my main worry.
The wig itself was gorgeously colored, smelled wonderful and was styled with waves so it was literally ready to wear without having to do extra work. The hair seems of great quality too. Definitely a great experience, after being very scared by all I have read on here. They seem to have improved their processes.

0 stars please save your time and money. These people are absolute monsters! I ordered a wig for my sister as she lost her hair (cancer) in AUGUST. 2 weeks go by and there is no tracking or expected shipping date. I reach out to customer service who confirmed it would be shipped 1 months from when I ordered it…. THEN on that date I reach back out and they said “sorrry it’s actually going to be shipped end of OCTOBER”- more than 2 months from when I ordered it???? How are you still in business? That doesn’t even make sense. Told me I couldn’t cancel and receive a full refund LOL

Very poor quality

Very poor quality, even though I ordered size S, the wig overlapped the forehead and eyebrows. It's a waste of nerves and money.

Hair Masque

I think what this company is doing is amazing and should be applauded by everyone. I was kindly gifted the hair masque but I will always give my honest review as I was skeptical of the product due to me using lots of hair masques in the past. I bleach my hair so I am aware of the consequences being blonde means breakage and dryness. No other hair masque has hydrated my hair as much as this one. I have been using this product for over a week and the difference in my hair is noticeable. I always blowdry my hair and ive noticed I am seeing less hair breakage when I do this and my hair looks and feels healthier after a blow dry which is a massive win for me. Rosemary Oil is vital in any haircare product and having included it in the hair masque means the company truly understands what is needed to repair hair. I highly recommend this product!

Was scared but pleasantly surprised!

I was scared about my order after reading the Trustpilot reviews & I never received an email confirmation of my order but my wig arrived today exactly 6 weeks after placing my order, a 6-8 week dispatch time was given.

The hair is good, looks slightly different colour to the website but to be expected! Nice packaging and every time I reached out to customer service (a couple of times worried about an ever increasing dispatch date) Em was lovely and replied promptly.

The hair oil is incredible!

I tried out the zeeelle hair oil and I am IN LOVE. My hair is pretty damaged due to getting blonde put in frequently, but this oil has already made it softer and replenished it after using it every couple of days for a week. The packaging is also ADORABLE and very fun. Love it!

Great serum! Natural and hydrating

I am using the hair curler and iron a lot, so it's important to give my hair some extra moisturizer to keep it healthy. I am so happy I found the serum from this brand! It came in such a bright and beautiful package! The bottle looks so glamorous and fun! And it works really great; after applying, my hair became smooth and silky! Also, it's important to me that it doesn't feel oily, which is quite hard to find. It was easy to brush and felt shiny and healthy! Also, I really like the smell! It feels very natural, like wood.
I really enjoyed this product and am happy I found it. Thank you, highly recommend!

Returning customer

Just placed my third order with Zeeelle as I love the quality and the look of the wigs. Whilst I initially did have some trouble placing my order, customer services were quick to assist me and were very helpful. I have Alopecia universalis and Zeeelle wigs have helped me regain my confidence. Would recommend!

COMPLETE SCAM. The wig is NOTHING like the pictures!

The wigs are NOTHING like the instagram videos and pictures. They give influencers really nice wigs to trick us and then send awful wigs.
The hairline is awful. The colour of the wig is awful. It’s a disgusting yellow blonde with harsh roots which is NOTHING like what I paid so much money for.
On top of that the customer service is so incredibly poor. Please do not be tricked like so many of us unfortunately were.
I don’t know how they sleep at night knowing they are selling such fake, tacky and misguiding wigs to many customers who they know suffer from hair loss.
