Been using zee.elle for many years, their products are that good quality they last me months of wearing them day and night (yes for bed)
An when I’m ready for a new I use the ready to ship and always receive it promptly.

Top notch quality and customer service!

I recently received a free wig (Signature Auburn) from one of their extremely generous giveaways! I am so grateful and pleased with the quality. Although it is synthetic, it is the best quality and most realistic synthetic wig I’ve ever seen. They’re made with special InviSilk Fibres that are heat safe! People actually think it is my real hair! ALL of their units are FLAWLESS and I will be ordering my wigs from them in the future and they will definitely be my go-to for synthetics because of the quality and price! Their customer service team is also awesome and everyone is so kind and caring!👍👍

The team at Zee Elle are really…

The team at Zee Elle are really friendly, and it was a pleasure to meet them when I visited their studio. During my visit I tried on 3 wigs, all of which were comfortable caps, well styled and had incredible hairlines! As someone who has had alopecia for over a decade, these were some of the best lace front hair lines I have tried and I instantly felt so glamorous. The quality of the hair is also really impressive. Overall really impressed!!

Great hairline for affordable synthetic wigs!

Following a cancer diagnosis where I lost my hair, I knew it’d only be for the short term so didn’t want to invest in an expensive human hair wig. Zee.Elle offered a huge range of affordable synthetic wigs, and I’ve purchased a few from their sale section. Great quality, last well and the hair line has been flawless. They are my go-to wig for everyday wear!

An unfortunate experience as a new customer

I wish that I had researched them more thoroughly before buying as a new customer.

It took almost 3 months to receive a refund.
I had to go through the hassle of having to constantly message them for an update, disputing it through paypal and with my bank.

They eventually told me that they had been having trouble with bank transactions for a while, yet I had been left so long without any answer.

The synthetic wig I purchased was over £100 and I felt that the quality did not reflect that. I have purchased very similar wigs of the same quality for around £50 from other businesses.

Overall the two people I was writing to were very professional but unfortunately it is not a business I feel I can trust due to my experience.

Not even worth 1 star

Not even worth 1 star, this company are fraudsters, do not believe the 5 star reviews they are bots! The wigs they send are nothing like advertised and God forbid you want to return it, they dont do refunds and 100% drag it out for months trying to gaslight you into thinking there is nothing wrong. Scam scam scam stay clear.
P.S THE PHOTO IN MY PROFILE PIC IS THE BACK OF THE WIG THEY SENT ME, ALL THE TRACKS SHOWING AND THE HAIR FALLING OUT WIRH STRING STRING STICKING UP FROM A POOR ATTEMPT AT HAND STITCH. ACCORDING TO THEM THIS IS NORMAL LOL I WISH I COULD UPLOAD MORE PHOTOS TO SHOW YOU ALL

The customer service is terrible I…

The customer service is terrible I placed my order on 4th of July I didn’t received any confirmation emails no in spam or elsewhere I am trying to get in touch with them to change my order because I ordered the wrong one but nobody is answering also I am having a trip soon on the website they are saying will take between 1-8 days to deliver I can’t do anything about my order because nobody is answering also on the website is more expensive than the TikTok page what’s going on you have different products on each shouldn’t be like that I am so disappointed !

The wig took a lot longer to arrive…

The wig took a lot longer to arrive than expected and took a lot of emails back & forth. Eventually it has arrived, it's my first wig & the only thing I don't like about it is that there's sooo much hair 🤣 just not used to it. The hairline is amazing & the hair quality is fab. Smells great too. Going to have a hairdresser maybe thin out & cut into my face a little but I'm sure I'll get used to it! Very excited to wear out in public.

The wig looks nothing like the picture, I ordered a while ago and never worn, what a waste of hundreds of pounds, it’s frizzy!

product not received after waiting two weeks despite shipping time being 1-3 days

I ordered a ready to ship wig, the website says it should ship between one to three days but after a week I receive nothing. I got in touch with a customer service and was constantly told that it’s because I needed to look for my confirmation email, which literally didn’t come through and was told to look through my junk email as though I don’t know how to do that. So incredibly patronizing when the email wasn’t even sent in the first place. I waited another two weeks and still receive nothing only for them to then tell me the item wasn’t even in stock in the first place and that nothing has been shipped despite taking money out my account. During this time, the response time was very quick, but as soon as I have asked for a refund, I’ve had dead silence. As someone who runs their own business, I think this is a shame, customer service skills are awful and I’m pretty sure the whole company is just a scam.

The customer service is terrible and they don’t even dispatch

The customer service is terrible, and they are not responsive by email at all!!!!!! They respond whenever they want to… I ordered a wig, and based on the email, it was written that I was supposed to receive it on 30 May. After more than one week of passing the 30 May date, I asked why I haven't received the wig, and they told me we can't dispatch till next week. Now it has passed more than 4 weeks with no reply from customer service and no feedback on the delivery date. I believe this company is fake.

This company is a total scam

This company is a total scam. They know what they are doing. Writing another review since I am unable to respond to their response. I’m out over $800 for a wig I cannot wear. These people have gone round and round in circles making it as difficult as possible to get a shipping label to return. They claim they “don’t know how” to create a US shipping label. At this point and after reading other reviews I’m convinced if I do ship it back at my own expense they will keep the wig as well as my money. Shame on this company, I hope eventually justice will be served. I’ve reported them to every avenue possible. Could have been made right with a refund, but they wouldn’t do it. They are scammers selling fake hair which should be obvious to anyone with eyes. Not to mention the fact that they could not come up with any sort of proof that the wig was human hair. Truly disgusting

Lace is good, not sure about the rest

I have ordered a few different wigs from this company over roughly the last 4 years. Varying prices and quality (some synthetic and some human hair). I don't think I've never not had to chase them for my order. Always at least a week or two late but they then can and do send promptly once chased. The last two orders though have been shockingly bad. The one wig was purchased in the sale and was stated to be an original price of £1000 but reduced to just over £400. It should be human hair but it knots and tangles so so much (even after conditioning, oiling and immediately after brushing) and feels way more like synthetic hair (I've worn many wigs over several years I can tell the texture and tangling of a synthetic vs natural hair wig). The lace is great and the colour and length were as expected.
My second wig which i ordered in November 2024 was due to be delivered at the latest the 6th January 2025 and I'm still awaiting it. The customer service via instagram is always friendly and usually quick to respond but even then I've been informed I'll get a reply by the end of the day and then heard nothing for 2 weeks. I was told my order was not processed because I failed to respond to emails regarding cap size, but when I ask to confirm the email address they have for me on file they have so far ignored my question. I asked twice that if the order hadn't been processed then I wish to cancel and get a refund and this has also been ignored.
Last week i was told my order is to be shipped by the end of the week, get to Friday and again heard nothing.

Its really frustrating as I have to wear wigs everyday and the money I've spent I cannot just pay to go elsewhere. It's even more frustrating as I follow accounts on instagram who are influencers that rave about this brand, and I feel it's safe to assume they never have this issue getting their orders.

Outside of this the wigs are packaged really well, and customer service is always polite and for the most part they do have an ok response time.

NOT impressed!

NOT impressed!
Do not waste your money, the wig is wispy and the condition of the hair is appalling. The hair is so damaged that the wig cant be restyled, so you really only get a couple of uses out of it. It then goes frizzy and matts really bad at the back.
The customer service is slow and a few times I was just merely ignored.

So gutted

So gutted. Just over a week Late with shipment, was told due to the Christmas holidays, which I understood.

The product however, looks NOTHING. Like. The website. absolutely devastating.

Waste of money, the wigs are thin, and shorter than what is depicted on the website, I get that the colours may vary but the wig is nothing like they show online.

The wig smells nice and the packaging is lovely, but it looks like it was purchased from shein, so sick of these companies, misleading customers.

LISTEN TO THE REVIEWS. Don’t spend your money here, I won’t be seeking a refund due to other comments stating how hard it is, I’ve learnt my lesson and looks like my bin is hungry.

Our wigs are sold by density and length. Our quality assurance team double checks the length before shipped and if you received a length shorter than purchased, we will replace your wig no questions asked. Also, we do have lighter and thicker densities. Which your wig can be upgraded

Terrible quality wig

Ordered a wig for around £500 which is quote expensive and I was expecting a good quality wig that would last. When I first received my wig it was not exactly the wig I ordered in the pictures however I did like it, however 4 weeks into reviewing my wig it is in terrible condition that it gets matted alot even after taking great care of the hair using the correct products ect. I emailed the customer service team to advise that the wig has become ratty and I have to keep brushing it, I'm sure this is not 100% human hair which they insist and I am in the process of getting the hair tested to prove this as I requested a refund from my bank now and they aren't happy about the dispute! Their social media accounts don't have any comments on the website and they pay and chose influences who receive the best wigs and when the everyday customer orders they receive terrible quality wigs nothing like is advertised. Absolute scam of a company.

Following on from your reply this is incorrect the payment defaulted after I emailed your customer service team I spoke with Pricilla about the wig condition and held off payment. I was told to give correct aftercare which I already did. Whether I paid in installments or in full for the wig is irrelevant I am now left with a bill to pay and an awful wig.

We stand by the quality of our products and we do provide a replacement where there is an issue with the wig - ask our actual clients.

However, you scammed us! before you started having issues with the wig, you refused to pay your instalments. You paid one instalment, defaulted and was getting chased by our credit agency. When you started having issues with the product, you came back asking for support when you actually refused to pay previously for it. This is what our customer service team explained to you, we are not able to provide a quality guarantee when you have not paid a single penny towards the wig. We will not replace the wig and have you run off again and not pay for it.

Please pay us the money you owe and we will provide you with the support we provide our other paying customers.

In love with my wig!

I'm so happy with my wig! It's amazing quality.

I ordered a different wig to begin but changed my mind and the team were so helpful and responsive when I asked them to post it out the same day.

Very happy and will definitely shop with them again

scammer cowboys

Do not trust this shameful cowboy company, it's hard to understand how they are still in business, after my terrible experience I spoke out about zeeelle on some alopecia support pages and the amount of ladies who had also had a bad experience with zeeelle is alarming. They take advantage of vulnerable people, I lost my hair and was tucked in by their great social media videos showing realistic wigs but boy oh boy the ones they send you are nothing like this! Customer service is email only who only respond when they fancy it. I wish I read trustpilot before sending hundreds of pounds to these fraudsters who will argue tooth and nail so you can not return the wig, they claim all orders are custom made and never accept fault and send auto replies to problems. If you look closely on their instagram they have close to 100k followers but only get maybe 2 or 3 comments per post and a hand full of likes, this is because they delete and truthful comments and the followers are bought. Absolute joke they are. They are quick to respond on here pretending they care but don't be fooled ladies, save your money and mental health and shop elsewhere. Nothing but months of stress these caused me at an ever so stressful time in life. Avoid. P.s if you have also fel victim to these reach out to your bank and open a case, send them all the proof of communication and photos of the dodgy wig they send and the bank will help.
