feeling let down by the service I received after payment

I initially felt a surge of hope when I switched to Zeller&Seyfert for legal representation, seeking a dynamic partner for both my personal and business legal needs. Their early engagement was promising, showing an eagerness to understand my unique situation. Unfortunately, this enthusiasm seemed to diminish significantly once I settled my bill. Navigating the legal waters became unexpectedly challenging, as I found myself coordinating not just with them but also with my previous legal team and the court. This added complexity led me to reluctantly return to my former law company, especially after a critical court deadline was missed. Reflecting on the experience, I'd commend their initial consultation but express disappointment in the overall case handling, feeling let down by the service I received after payment.

Great as long as you don't pay them.

I own a small IT company, and I was looking for a law company that would be able to represent my interests for both personal and business cases and keep up with my pace. Before Zeller&Seyfert I was cooperating with another law company, but they where somewhat passive and slow.

I decided to give Zeller&Seifert a try and gave them a case that had lasted for a pretty long time and was not of a greater importance.

At the beginning, I was very pleased by their responsiveness during the initial consultation period. However, this responsiveness got much worse after I paid the full bill to Zeller&Seyfert. They made my life even more complicated, because before I hired them, I had only to push my previous law company. After I hired Zeller&Seyfert, I had to push them as well and manage their communication with the previous law company, and the court.

I fired Zeller&Seyfert after the first deadline set by the judge who asked to reply within a week. Zeller&Seyfert missed this message from the court and ignored all my attempts to notify them about this deadline. I gave up on them the day before the deadline and gave the case back to my previous law company.

I give them 5 stars for the initial consultation and 1 star for the case handling. Overall weighted 2 stars.
