Great watch but superb customer service. I had two Zelos watches and recently ordered another. When I contacted Zelos about an issue I had with one of the watches I already owned (that was well out of warranty), they responded to me and said they would send a fix along with my new Hammerhead when it shipped. The new watch was gorgeous and the part I needed was in the box gratis. That isn't just customer service, that is above and beyond. You make repeat customers with solid products. You make customers for life with solid customer service. Thank you.

You need an invite code to be able to buy special watches. When the offer for a special watch is said to go public, it is sold out.

Superb watches offering the uniqueness and detail of a microbrand with the quality of a global player. I own 2 and both are fantastic members of my watch collection. The Comet Tuxedo is a versatile manual winder, and the Mako Cerakote Carbon mixes exotic materials, great design and wearability, for an incredible price. Highly recommend.

I have purchased two Zelos watches so far Avant-3 and Mako burgundy dial. Both watches punch above their price point for the quality, unique design, special details, they're comfortable to wear, and stunning to look at. I had some questions for their customer service team and I was shocked to have a reply within hours when I expected days. I look forward to purchasing more Zelos watches in the future as I trust both the product and customer service team.

Prelaunch was sold out in 1 second (all pieces bought by bots). Just like Ticket Master, the owner doesn't give a crap.

I was so happy I got my Spearfish 40mm Copper, knowing that new releases sell out so fast. The attention to detail is great, the watch wears very comfortably on my rather small wrist, the lume is great and the copper sheen and texture is just beautiful. I had slight problems with some of the bracelet screws again when adjusting it, but much less than on my Mako, if possible it would be great if screws could be used that are more sturdy or easier to screw / unscrew. The new La Joux-Perret movement looks very nice to me and out of my two dozen watches it is one of the most accurate ones, the deviation being at most 1 second per day.

Great service - great watch - Will defiantly buy again if I am quick enough. one of the better micro watch makers - pure class.

Have had a Swordfish NH35 for about 6 months now and has not skipped a beat.
Changed from metal band to silicone just for my comfort.
Looking to buy a Hammerhead soon.
