The watch arrived in two days from Japan to Finland. I am beyond pleased with the service. I asked a couple questions before my purchase and received a kind response within a day. The price is reasonable and competitive.

I have bought more than 25 watches over the years from Seiya-San. He is all that one could hope for in a vendor of any product, let alone watches. He is honest, reliable and knowledgeable, and is a man of his word. My experience has been that if there is a problem with a watch, he will make it right. He is the very best.

I ordered a Casio watch from the Seiyajapan.com site. This was after Seiya sent me an email advertising this watch to me. I did not go search for this watch. This item was all paid. The I received an email stating that I am not permitted to do business with this company because of an item that was returned in the past. Apparently Seiya has a "no return for any reason" policy. First. I have never done business with Seiya in the past. When I researched this - another individual ordered a watch from Seiya in the past and this was confused with my account. Even though that watch did not function at all, the custmer was told that "this cannot be returned for any reason."

This was a poor damaged product.
The service regarding this current Casio watch was poor.

If I was able to do so, I would give SeiyaJapan.com a rating of ZERO, not ONE.

Stay away - poor products, poor service, poor customer service, poor management.

I bought a Japan-only Seiko model from Seiya after researching many Japanese watch exporters. The watch was ordered on Friday and on my wrist Tuesday morning (DHL to UK). The watch was packaged well and in perfect new condition. Customs/VAT and card fees added about 25% to the overall price and were paid smoothly via DHL. I recommend Seiya highly to anyone looking to buy something slightly unusual direct from Japan.

Fast and secure delivery. Only three days from Japan to Norway. Good price, quality product and great communication from Seiya. Very Happy!

The watch(SBBN035 - MM300 tuna) was spectacular! It came in an original Seiko box, not like the ones you get form amazon or other greymarket sellers. This store sells authentic Made In Japan Watches. Will be ordering from there again!

Faultless service. Watch as described and here in New Zealand in a matter of days without attracting the attention of the folks in customs. That is a mystery.

This is an excellent, trustworthy site for JDM watches...Japanese Domestic Market watches...ie watches only available in Japan and not exported to UK.
I ordered a Seiko JDM and it arrived in this country from Tokyo in less than 48 hours...another three days to receive the watch thanks to Customs and Parcelforce! (Be aware that VAT is payable on these items before delivery to you). It was very well packed and presented with all paperwork, instruction manual (in Japanese AND English) and Seiko warranty card fully completed.
All-in-all, I'm really pleased with the transaction (and the watch!) and would recommend if you're after a particular Japan-only watch that you can't get anywhere else.
