Great, We prepaid our hotel and everything went smoothly

Nice staff - good for families - public transport non existent nearby so more suitable for travelling by car - walking distance to shopping centre and restaurants - my daughter got food poisoning at a restaurant nearby in the mall - so we were grateful the hotel was cosy and quiet.

Cheap price, easy check in, helpfull customer service, fast response

The owner answered fast, always was online, gave recommendation, helped with anything we needed! The apartment was nice! The view was amazing, location on of the best! Shops, 5min to the transport. Very cozy bedroom with 2 windows

Great hotel, clean and quiet, in Las Rozas (north) - about 40 min from Madrid Airport and ~ 25 min from Chamartin, Alcobendas, Hortaleza - with nice staff, parking and breakfast. Great for families with car who are visiting Madrid, Toledo, Segovia, Avila and Navacerada areas!

We only stayed one night but it was a nice stay. A beautifull and very clean room combined with nice personell and a lovely restaurant. We enjoyed the diner and the breakfast a lot.

I am very impressed with the location, a few minutes walk from and to where I quickly get a bus and a tram. Although I had a one night reservation due to the nature of my appointment. My stay was much pleasant and peaceful. Especially, the room presentation was attractive and neat. Wifi connection was fast

Also, their receptionists are friendly, polite and they were professional. I will definitely use the same hotel in the future.

Wow! These guys refunded my full hotel price (a non refundable booking i may add) that I had to cancel due to illness. I cancelled 24 hrs before. Great service

Traffic on the near street can be a bit busy.

The staff at the reception were great, they helped me a lot. The room was clean, spacious, tidy and quiet.
Its a 9 min walk to the bus station.
Food and sauces at their restaurant was also good and the presentation was also great, kudos to their chef.

I booked a hotel in Thailand with my Thai Bank account using Thai baht I was charged in USD Taking out Thai baht transferring it to USD then back to Thai Baht. I was quoted in Thai Baht , paid in Thai Baht for a Thai hotel.Bring charged in USD amounted to 50 usd additional charge. Do not use this site this made the room at least 40 usd more expensive then other websites ie, Agoda, hotels.com, booking.com. The cheap comes out expensive.

You may revise rating this hotel it should be 4 stars not 5 , the only thing can be considered advantage is its location. Closed to some attractions in the city center.
It is clean to some extent.

The reception staff were amazing. They changed our room when they were told I was a wheelchair user.
The accessibility was fantastic. It’s the best accessible room I have stayed in.
