I reserved a resort in Sharm el Sheick in Christmas' period with ZenHotels.
I'm very happy of the sevice!!!

For inconvenient reasons I won't mention , ZenHotels has become my trusted app for booking hotels, it's super reliable and easy to use!

Helpful hosts after finding a bed for us, booking.com kept sending bookings on Xmas day which didn't help after we booked a week before, clean and tidy rooms and bathrooms, shower was hanging off with bad wiring, no lockers in rooms so had to take passport etc with us , nothing is a problem though and overall a pleasant stay

Room was clean, tidy and spacious. Bath was a bonus.
Location is excellent. Breakfast was lovely and service was quick and professional. Staff were excellent.

We got a 12-days travel in Russia with a few troubles(not Russia problem)——book a wrong date hotel and road close, we have to change our booking. Zenhotel helped us to solve all the problems. Really help a lot.

I had issues with the hotel I was staying at, I attempted to resolve the issues myself. However after two days the hotel did not comply.
I wrote to Zen Hotels, (the same email address I used for booking) the immediate response was “they will answer my email within an hour”.within the hour and true to their word I received an email with what they were doing about my issue.
After a few hours I wrote back (“if not resolved I should notify them”) telling them of no change. The response, again was within the hour. This resulted in Zen contacting the hotel again and reported back to me their actions. On this occasion the hotel complied with my request and resolved the issue.
Over the next two days I received a further two emails from Zen, checking if there were any other issues.
The customer service of Zen is far greater than any other booking agent I have used in the last 40 years.

Great location, separate from all other hotels,neat and clean rooms and washrooms. The owner is very helpful.

We stayed over Christmas at Duro Beach Hotel and loved it, the location is great as it's so close to town with the shops and restaurants 2 mins walk away, yet quiet at night. The rooms are modern and AC works well. TV does not have much in English (I like a bit of background noise) but that wasn't the end of the world! breakfast was great lots of choice. For me the beach area was the best a good area to pump kites they have a compressor!, deck chairs and a few beds make it comfortable for the day lounging, great staff through out the hotel they were fantastic all so friendly. Maybe in the quiet season it could do with a repaint outside just to smarten it up but that's being picky!

After I made our reservation and realized we had a 2nd story room with no elevator - I messaged Zen and they switched the room overnight. Lightning fast! I appreciated that very much as my husband walks with a cane.

Booked hotel in Dublin via ZenHotels. The price was lower than at the official website. ZenHotels support quickly answered any questions I had, as we were arriving after midnight. I'm very happy with the app; there are often discounts on hotels.

Smooth experience for booking hotels in Russia. Perhaps the only website that allows travelers to use foreign bank cards (including American Express) for a seamless booking process.

Prices and descriptions are equal (if not better) than official hotel websites in Russia. More reliable than the global major hotel booking OTA.

Booked a room via Zenhotel (ibis style Paris Bercy). The price was lower than the official Ibis website or any hotel comparison website.

superb hotel and kind host, everything superb, quality food, design in details, warm and beautifully decorated, close to the center and superb free option of transportation included, we thoroughly enjoyed it and were super satisfied, thank you for the care and organization of the hotel

I am happy for the booking I made in Russia during recent vacation with family. Zenhotels provided a platform to easily select hotels and to make payments in USD. There is also an option to pay directly at the hotel in local currency which sometimes reduces burden of currency exchange rates.

Everything was perfect, food was delicious, Christmas Dinner was great. We stayed in one bedroom apartment.
