Good price/quality

Beware! Prices look great but after booking a suite through there website they actually booked a lower standard room with the hotel. Double check the room booked direct with the hotel as they cant be trusted.

A good hotel in Gueliz.Not too far away from the center of Marrakech.The Imperial holiday hotel and spa was very clean although a little bit tired in places .The staff at the hotel were very friendly and helpful.One exception was a man in the restaurant who wasn't very friendly.All the other restaurant staff were brilliant.The food was a bit hit n miss .I had half board.The breakfast was generally good, sausage, potato,veg cereal and salad .The coffee from the machine was awful,but the tea was good.Evening meal, depends on how many people,was only ok.Would I stay again.Yes I think so but just bed and breakfast.

Great website to book hotels for russia

Email response within 15 minutes, problem resolution even in the middle of the night, the only website where we could reliably book hotels without a card payment in Russia since we could not use our cards because of sanctions. Overall a great experience, that we used this same website for 3 other bookings.

It was nice having a full size apartment and not stuck in a little room and it was across the street from a huge mall and taxi rides to city center where $15 would definitely stay there again

Generally very pleased with the hotel staff and service. Two small criticisms were regarding the hotel room itself, one was the lack of a comfortable chair and the other was that pillows on the bed were really hard and uncomfortable to lie on

Great staff, excellent services as well as a very good location

The location is in the most perfect place , next to the metro , 5 min walking till red squer
Under hotel is a big super market 24 hours and the left side there is a nice resturant
And full of cafe and resturant around it
The room was big and clean and warm with a nice hot water

The booking process is very easy and helpful. Payment is security and there are many options for booking and payment

Great once-in-a-lifetime experience.
Pro tip: wear full long-johns, hat, neck warmer, wool socks, mittens and pack LOTS of HotShots to put in your sleeping bag. Condensation on the sleeping bag freezes and it gets very cold at night.
Spend time in the hot tubs and sauna —a must! Everything was jaw-dropping. Make sure to do the tubing and bring ice skates. We didn’t have enough time to use the indoor waterpark - there was so much to do outside!! The room at the Valcartier was perfect and welcomed!! During the day when the facilities are open to the general public and tours are happening it is very busy but still enjoyable. 10/10!

ZenHotels duplicated my hotel Google Maps profile with name and photos and put it next to my hotel on Google Maps to steal my guests.

This has now been resolved and my booking has been confirmed *******

Following my last review which was updated on 3rd Feb, Zen Hotels refunded my hotel cost to my credit card along with a voucher to apologise for my previous experience. I foolishly used said voucher to book a hotel in London for a night away. Guess what ? The hotel has no record of my booking. So I am now battling with customer services yet again. What an idiot I am to try Zen Hotels again !

This platform was a great help for booking hotels in Russia. The lapland village was very nive in supporting and delivering their services, the breakfast was huge and the surrounding areas were spectacular
