What a shambles, I thought I was going to get 3 medium sized pair of Burberry swim shorts all the same size, they have arrived in all different chapes and sizes, and the colours aren't the same as the pictures. They wont answer my emails so i have lost £80, DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!

Shocking, poor quality and then not willing to communicate, avoid.

I wish I had checked these reviews before purchasing. I thought I was ordering from London so surprised that the order was despatched from China. The sizing is terrible and I have an item that doesn't fit - even if I had a return accepted I would need to pay to send it to China !! I hope this helps someone save their money, I've lost mine as all emails I have tried to send are undeliverable 🙄😡

This company is a scam. Products are fake, report them to trading standards, not London based at all. Products come from China!!!!
Refuse to give refunds as well

Awful they make out they are a London based company and send u fake goods after 3 weeks you can’t return they offer a discount off for next time u shop my bank refused to give me the money back even tho I opened a case would never order from these again complete waste of money

Do not order from here. Cheap, awful quality and wrong size clothes. If you have already made the mistake of ordering without checking the reviews, as I did, I recovered my money via chargeback. Email the real companies support team asking if they are an authorised reseller. Should be sufficient evidence

Be aware that even after your bank has refunded you these scammer will attempt to recover (steal) the money from your bank! Three months on, having had to have victim support from Police Action Fraud UK, Zenith are scheming to get that money. I received an email from my bank with just 5 days to respond to defend myself against these theives!

Scam Warning - Do not Order!!

Complete scam, an Asian scamming company with counterfeit goods masquerading as a UK shop. They dont accept returns even if items too small, try to scam you to buying more. Took 3 weeks to get a return address (in Asia) and no refund received. Complete crooks what a waste of money - ive reported to trading standards and online shopping watchdog.

Do not at all cost order from this company, wish I had read these reviews first, received goods such cheap & nasty copies refusing to give me refund like others said 20% then 25% spent a fortune sending back & so misleading not in London but based in China what a real crap company to deal with getting bank involved to get my money back

Do not use this company. Like all other reviews on here I too purchased a hoodie from this company thinking that they were based in London but I received a cheap poor quality counterfeit item from China.
They are refusing to give me a refund and instead are offering 20% off my next purchase from them but I won’t be buying from them again.
I’ve had to open a case with my credit card company to try and get my money back.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!

Scam site , sends fakes from china stay clear !

Counterfeit products are sold on this site. This company is based in China, not London as their name suggests. Luckily I was able to get a chargeback from my credit card company.

I can attest to this company being 100% fraudulent. Based in China, selling fake and/or counterfeit goods. Minimal communication. I have reported to my bank.

Like all the other reviews, AVOID. This company will DEFRAUD you by claiming to sell authentic goods which are nothing more than really cheap, nasty products from China. They use the same technique each time, offer you a 20% discount not to return, then 25%, then tell you to return to CHINA for a huge cost. That is their SCAM. It’s their way of selling complete RUBBISH. I hope you have read these reviews before pressing that purchase button and handing over your hard earned cash, unlike the rest of us.
SHUT THEM DOWN. I will also be reporting to ACTION FRAUD.

This company is not based in London.

The item ordered was of terrible quality.

The company has taken ages to respond to my return request and they’ve now told me that I need to pay the shipping costs for the return to China.

Avoid this company at all costs.

Please do not order from this company. They are not based in London but infact all items are shipped from China and fakes. After emailing to complain about the poor quality and sizing I have been informed I would need to cover shipping costs back to China in order to receive a refund. This I have refused, and have now been offered a 20% refund. I have also refused this. Waiting on a response now but I will be in contact with my bank. Thankfully it was paid for on a credit card. Stay well clear of these scammers

Terrible quality fake items give impression genuine items and from London but actually shipped from china and took 3 weeks to get here . Thin material and poor stussy hoody avoid waste of money and have to pay to return
