Totally got scammed like all the other reviews. Stussy hoodie arrived but it’s a fake - clearly! More fool me! Shame on the scammers.

PLEASE AVOID THIS COMPANY - the goods they are selling are NOT genuine. I have asked for proof the Stussy top we brought is genuine as the quality is poor and it took forever to get here from China - I thought I was ordering from the UK as it says it's London based! They have told me I can pay to return it or have 20% discount to keep it. But will not provide proof that it's genuine. AVOID!

I ordered a Stussy top from these - never got a confirmation email and never received the top and they don't reply to emails. Avoid at all cost!!

Was promised ''high-quality, authentic products' when I emailed them.
Instead they send factory rejects / fake items and then expect you to pay for the return shipping costs ABROAD if you want a refund.
Logo on the front of white top is visibly chipped all over.
Armpit on white top is not aligned correctly, it's completely skew.
The stitching is of poor quality on both items.
The fabric is thin and see-through.
The drawstrings on the white top are over frayed in comparison to the black top.

Do not order. Scammers. Took my money even after I cancelled the payment with the bank. 😡

This is a fake site selling fake goods. They fooled me, my bank are dealing with it. The goods are advertised as legit but they are not. No customer service, DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. Wish I’d looked at the reviews before ordering. Please don’t be fooled, too good to be true, that’s because it is!

I paid 51 pounds for essential tracksuit knowing that it normally coats 300+ , got my tracksuit 2 weeks later ans was never expecting it to come after reading reviews. I'm surprised that it's genuinely good quality not far off the authentic one I have at home.

I ordered a stussy hoody from this company that looked legit and based in London. Order still hasn’t arrived and they’re not replying to emails. Noticed from tracking that the item is coming from China so probably a fake. Says it’s cleared customs in London but still no sign of it. Never order from this company. Fraudsters. Will try and request a refund but probably impossible

Total scam. I’ll be contacting my bank to request a chargeback as this is totally unacceptable!

Annoyed at myself for falling for this scam. Ordered Essentials Hoodie for my sons Christmas present and unfortunately, after getting tracking number realised it's coming from China. Clearly likely to be a fake, but not only that, been at "sorting centre" for 5 days and unlikely to even get here in time. Returns process is expensive (having looked in T's and C's) as have to send back to Asia, so very likely just have to take the £50 hit. Very frustrating.

Complete SCAM. These people are criminals. They should be taken down. Ordered a Stussy hoodie for Christmas gift - no sign of it 3 weeks later, no contact details no tracking, no confirmation. We have been robbed of around £50 - DON'T FALL INTO THE SAME TRAP.

Do not order from this company, I ordered a Stussy Hoodie for my daughter for Christmas over a week ago, still not dispatched and now ignoring my emails

After placing an order for 2 Essential tracksuits, I contacted the company and asked if they were genuine and requested that if they weren't then to cancel my order and refund my money. I received 2 emails confirming the tracksuits were genuine. At this time I
didn't realise I was dealing with China until I got a tracking note. The items arrived and are total FAKES. They offered me 20% refund and to keep the tracksuits, I refused. So they offered me 25% which I refused. To return the tracksuits would cost me 70 quid. They are now ignoring my emails. They've totally scammed me so I'm warning
others DO NOT buy from them.
