Quick delivery and the 3 in 1 magsafe wireless charger fully met my expectations

Decent price/quality. Fast and safe shipment. Product works fine as long as I use the Apple recharge/loading dock.

Its now December and I haven't been reimbursed for returning a faulty product like the company promised. When I contacted its would fall on deaf ears and they have not been back in touch. I have given up on trying to get my money back but advise everyone to avoid this company and to me its unethical to promise something and then blankly ignore or avoid a customer.

Very user friendly site. I received a delay notice about shipping but it still arrived in a timely manner though shipping overseas. And the charging station is working fabulously thus far.

I ordered a series of chargers which have not been delivered. It took Zens longer than stated to ship. Since then the items have been in a delayed status, with the courier saying the issue is with Zens.

Whilst I appreciate shipping challenges in Nov and Dec, I’ve had no response from Zens. I’ve tried help tickets, online customer service, and multiple emails to no avail.

I’ve opened a fraud case with my bank. Avoid.

I bought this charger to help declutter my desk and simplify charging experience. The iPhone and watch charger is working fine, but not so much for the order 2 chargers. The base or Qi charger is rated to charge up to 3mm thick case, but from my experience it’s more like less than 2mm to none. Tried charging my AirPods, it was having a hard time charging with a 2mm~ case. The 4th port(type c) is rated to charge an iPad mini(latest gen), cant even charge it. Heck my iPhone 15 pro has higher power requirements. Just to verify that there is no lack of power coming from the wall, I used - combo of power from the wall. Used the provided cable and charger from the box, doesn’t work. Then used a higher power rated cable and charger, still doesn’t work. Lastly verified charging methods by doing one device at a time, which did not work.

So far a great product ! Does as advertised. Being able to set this unit up to what best suits your needs is wonderful.

Really like the large 4 in 1 with the iPad slot and it’s design, it works really well for the time I have had it. The material of metal and reliableness of the wireless chargers along with charing my device is really nice. Coming for cheap charging station to this pricey one, I was a bit unsure but I feel like for the long run this would will be better. I would like the watch charger to be with the iphone stand on that higher elevation point instead of on the base as because of the watch band and its proximity to the airpod charger next to it makes it’s feel cramped. It being in a high stand along with the phone would look both aesthetically pleasing but also make it feel more spacious on the bottom for the AirPods. I really like the iPad and its pencil place, that is really nice especially for the pencil. It gives the base a purpose apart from being to house the internals. That pencil slot and AirPods spot is allocated nicely giving that base a purpose however the only thing that makes it’s feel cramped is that spot of Apple Watch charger.
