This was one of the most terrible experience I had. It is 2 months since waiting for package. Limited access to information. And from the initial moment of my order, the communication lack proper information and understanding.
I even did not manage to see the product, it did not reach to the address I required to be delivered to and had zero opportunities to deliver it to my living address.

On top of that, we rise app did not work, while we communicate over 2 weeks every day back and forth. usually, i write the most positive comments I can to support other business. but this one I highly do NOT recommend. On top of that I received information I will have to pay for the lack of communication and mistake with delivery.

Really sorry to write this, but this was biggest purchase mistake I ever made!

Terrible quality product. The leggings are definitely not squat proof at all! Trying to return them but no one responds to customer service messages. Also they don’t offer refunds!! So even if I could get through to someone they would only give me a credit voucher for more poor quality stuff. Avoid!!!

Terrible costumer service! They do not get back to you. Their return policy is 14 days but the shipping is 7-10 days. I sent them multiple messages as soon as I received my order, I tried it on the day of and it did not fit. I wanted to return it. I got one response on their IG account apologizing for their lack of response. They asked for my order number, and then radio silence. I will not be ordering from them again. Also, the bathing suit I got was awful the fit is very awkward. I have found better quailt suits for cheaper. I do not recommend this company at all.

they are just amazing, high quality products! I am seriously in love with their gym outfits, I've bought 5 leggings and a top from them, and theyre soft, super comfy and flattering. + all their leggings I believe are high waisted and unlike other brands ive tried, theirs are a lot more comfortable and soft on the waist, no pressure, not suffocating at all. I really wished I had bought more, been wearing one after the other since Ive received my package :) hehe, will definitely buy again, besides I really love the philosophy and vision of Senada <3 thanks for the lovely & conscious creations
