Easy to use website and dispatched really quickly. Haven't set it up yet but looking forward to relaxing days under the sail.

We received our sail very quickly. It was well wrapped. We are very happy with the quality of the sail and would heartily recommend them !

The sails unfortunately did meet my expectations, not rigid enough in the centre of the sail and pose a water pooling issue meaning that they can’t be left up for extended periods. Will be returning both items 😮‍💨😢

They tried to send a parcel with DHL. for some reason they did not deliver. I phoned they tried again. They said they would send again with a different courier..
but instead I received an email that i have been refunded. (Amazon manages to deliver)

Truly pleased with the way it fits the frame I designed & had built for lifting me in and out of the hot tub. It gives perfect sun shade for the whole tub.

The shade arrived in an old, perished storage bag. Zip broken and plastic front split. Not a good start! I’m hoping the product itself will be more impressive.

Some issues but Well made and promptly delivered but the square was not 3m squared!

Arrived promptly and looks to be of good quality and well made. As yet it has not been installed on the pergola.

Ordered a 2 metre square sail to use as a shade on our pergola. It does the job perfectly. We're really impressed by the quality for the price. Recommended.

Fantastic well made product

Purchased two premium shades for the garden on two separate orders, when they arrived it was clear that they were completely different colours. (Note order confirmations confirm both were ordered the same) Sent an email but received no response so tried to call the office, the system puts you on hold but then keeps cutting off after 7 minutes.
When I finally received an email responses they asked what resolution I would like and offered a replacement. I'm now a another week on and still haven't received any further communication or a replacement. It's disappointing as the the shade seems ok but they clearly don't care about their customers.

This is to cover over a raised pond in the garden. The quality is very good and it came with all the parts to attach. Would definitely recommend buying this for that little bit extra money. Delivery was very quick.
It can be used anywhere in the garden, we bought it for our new pond to stop the birds getting the fish.

We ordered a 4m x 3m sail to cover part of our decking. The order process was easy and the sail arrived promptly. The installation process was simple and the sail was up in less than an hour.
We noticed that the Guardian newspaper put this as the top sun sail in one of its reviews shortly after we installed our sail.
Great product and should last a long time.

This Company has the best value for money sails I can find. Great quality and super quick delivery.
Using ratchet ropes I can fix and tension it, with no wrinkles, in under 5 minutes. Highly recommended.
