Old school customer service
I was very impressed that early morning after ordering I was fully in the picture and that my change of delivery address had been received and I was informed that they were sending to my preferred address.This is old school customer service which at this price point is very reassuring and unusual and the product is equally as impressive as the customer service.Well done guys!!!

Garden with no shade
Wanted a sunshade for our garden so ordered the rectangle sail from Zephyr which arrived within 2 days. Everything was there, packed in an easy carry bag with instructions which are easy to follow. The material quality is great and having a choice of colours to match your garden is a great extra compared to others.
Straight after putting it up the UK heatwave hit and boy did it do its job. My wife was able to sit out the whole day in the shade and enjoy it rather than having to sit inside as there was little to no shade previously. It certainly had made our garden experience better.
I highly recommend using these sails and as a company Zephyr have done everything right.

Customer service
Hi, ordered 5x4m rectangle and delivery arrived promptly. However, 5.4m square was delivered instead. Delivered correct item 2 days later and let me keep the first shade sail. Very good customer service and came quickly.
It would be worth them double checking orders particularly with 2 similar sizes sold, as paperwork on first parcel didn't match the item.

Overall very happy
I ordered a sail and the service was very prompt arriving 2 days later. A slight hiccup was the wrong one was supplied. They rectified this sending out the correct one again 2 days later.
The product is very well made and I am perfectly happy with. I am about to order another one from them.
As stated above I ordered another sail from Zephyr. Again excellent service and very good quality product
