Delivery is very late and customer support is not responsive.

Terrible experience. The boots I ordered were nothing like the description. They were 3 sizes too big. I asked for return request and they dicked me around till the window closed. Horrible company to deal with! Never buy from them!

I made an order back in Dec 2024. Two (2) pair of shoes. Received only one (1), the other was out of stock, they asked me to find something else, equal value. I have contacted them a few times, requesting a refund. Each time they have said the item is out of stock to choose something else. I have provided three (3)different types of shoes. As of today, 7/30/2025 have not received the item nor a refund. Do not recommend!

Billed me twice, cheap materials, too big, hard to get anywhere with customer service. Just don't trust them. Boots are very different than depicted on web site.

It took forever for my shoes to come only for them to end up not fitting. I asked for a return label and they ask you for pictures, several different questions with delayed responses with a short return window. I would never buy from this company again. If I don't like your product allow me to return the product without deliberate delays so that I can't get my money back.

Ordered shoes. I checked all the measurements before ordering. Spent $40. No notice that they shipped, but they showed up after about 2 weeks. Way too small. No size on the shoes or the tag. Very cheap material. So I start reading up to find out how to process a return. You have to e-mail them and put everything back in the original packaging. No problem. Takes 2 days for them to e-mail me back and they respond that my package was delivered. Yeah, I asked about processing a return. So I e-mail again. They want to know why I want to return the product (this was in my first e-mail), so I respond. Third e-mail I receive says they need pictures of me measuring the shoes to prove they're the wrong size. Are you kidding? Do not buy from this company. The product isn't worth the money and they don't care about your experience.

Run as far away as you can from this company. I am out $100! I purchased 2 pair of shoes. They are CHEAP..RUN VERY SMALL...and they don't do refunds!!! They are a true SCAM.

Starting at the end of my long upsetting journey with Zeraclub- they have my money, I have no product. They will not refund me.

When my shoes didn’t ship at first they had no answers, just pleas to be patient. Then, twice they tried to bargain with me about higher and higher coupons to keep waiting. Twice I picked out shoes, only for them suddenly be unavailable and the process would start again. I kept repeating that I just want my money back. Now, crickets.

This company is a total scam you will recieve boots the quality of barbie clothes you will not recieve a refund EVER you will wait 6 months for your worthless boots to arrive do not order from this company!

I bought some sandals, I bought the size that usually fits me ,but they were too big and they in the condition of when they came with same packaging and I asked for a refund and return my item but they will not let me return them, customer service is unhelpful,understanding and I will not be buying shoes from them ever again, I honestly believe this website is a scam I don't recommend anyone buying shoes from them

Horriable company. Bait and switch. The boots I bought are all man made cheap plastic... The image shows what apprears to be real leather and in say leather upper in description. They want me to pay to send this piece of garbage boots back. I have tried to get a return lable and they wont give me one asying I have to pay to return. I could understand if I just didnt like them but they are completely differnt than image.

SCAM! Do not buy from this scam company! I would provide no stars if I could. My elderly mom purchased (2) pairs of boots. She never received a confirmation email or text and thought order didn’t go through. Then, she was charged twice the amount which is what alarmed her. We still had yet to receive items and she was charged double what was advertised. When we reached out to customer service (which btw, seems to be just one person named Zoya), we were told to provide an order number yet we never received one. It’s been a total game and headache. Finally received the boots which are awful quality and not as presented on the website. We’ve contacted Zoya (supposed customer support) more than six times. I provided name, email address and phone to them (3) times and each time Zoya says they can’t find info, yet we’ve received text messages from their delivery company. I’ve requested return address (4) times as directed by their return page and each reply completely ignores the request. It’s a total scam.

I “ordered“ a pair of boots and was charged twice, two different prices, and never got a confirmation number. When I reached out to them, they asked for the confirmation number and I told them I never got one and they said they could not locate my order without one. Apparently this is the scam. Run! Do not buy from these people! I’ve had to involve my bank and file a fraud charge. It’s just such a headache. These people need to be shut down.

Received my purchase on 4/14/2025. Looked at them on 4/15/2025. They are too big and material appears cheap. 4/15/25 Contacted customer support requesting return label. They ask me for pictures. Sent them 4/17/2025 asking for return lable. Still no response. Don't purchase its a scam. Will change review if I actually get my return and refund.

I ordered suede boots. They don't look like what was advertised. They are the lowest quality of fake suede i ever seen. They are almost like paper. I payed $80.00. I emailed them asking about the return process and stated why I wanted a return the boots. They replied as if I was at fault. Never telling how to return the item. They are selling low level fake merchandise and charging high prices.

This company needs to stop polluting the earth with the garbage they create. From the cheap rubber soles to the horrific chemical smells, these shoes are a blight on mankind.

I ordered boots @ 129.95 dollars. Size 12 women. They came small, like a size 9. I asked for return label for full refund. 19 emails, later they offer a $15 coupon. The refund started at 40% now 75%, still no refund to paypal account. I have put in a dispute with paypal.

Beware – This Company is a Scam!

I ordered four pairs of shoes for $200, but they only sent three. The shoes that did arrive were of poor quality, and the missing pair was never sent. I have repeatedly contacted their customer service for instructions on how to return the items, but all I receive are vague, unhelpful responses from someone pretending not to understand my emails. They clearly have no intention of issuing a refund or resolving the issue.

Save your money—this company is a scam! Avoid buying from them at all costs.

This company are thieves! I ordered over $250 in shoes. They refused to give me their return info. Shoes were photographed, never worn, and in original packaging. They played email games back and forth numerous times giving constant excuses for not giving return info.
Shoes are cheap crap, they are nothing as depicted. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE THIEVES! I had to report them to BBB.
