Junk. Do not purchase. I got a pair of boots and sneakers. Sneakers to small and both are so cheaply made. I continue to email them and they won't respond.

This is a SCAM! Product is not whats pictured in photos. Highly over priced and is something that not even a dollar store would sell. They do not refund or take back product. The stuff they sell is being outsourced and sold on other sites like Temu/justfab footwear as well so BEWARE!

My order was placed and funds deducted from my account, but no receipt of purchase was ever emailed only a "thank-you for your purchase. At least a couple of weeks has gone by and there only response is that they didn't receive my order purchase. Very unprofessional with the handling on their behalf and only responding every other day. How are they still in business, what a shame.

I ordered my boots 8 weeks ago and still never received them. They were $100 and I emailed them several times and they keep telling me they will ship in 3-5 days. Then I told them I was cancelling the order and requesting a refund, and they tried to tell me they already shipped, that was 2 weeks ago. I asked for the tracking number and they said they don't have it yet. WTH? I have disputed the charge with my bank.

They don’t get NO stars but you have to give one in order to write. DO NOT order from this company. They use fake pictures and send you a very cheap duplicate. Not real leather, not real wood. Size is not true. Most ridiculous and disturbing thing I’ve EVER order from any place!!!! Yes, you will get your order in 2-3 weeks but you will be VERY disappointed and waiste your money. I’m not even gonna try to return them
Because everything I’ve read said they won’t send you a return packing number. You lose your money. I just ate my loss, but a big lesson learnt. Stay true to a real known name company. These boots will be burnt in with the trash!

Ugh- rookie mistake not reading these reviews ahead of time. Two pair of boots never arrived, there is no way to track the “shipment” and company not responsive. Thankfully Chase bank refunded my $. This is a scam site.

I ordered boots using their measurement requirements, I paid close to $250 for 4 paid of boots and when I wanted to exchange 2 of the boots that did not fit they made it difficult. They asked me to send them pictures of my size, I tried to explain that the other 2 fit just fine but the other 2 did not but they made entire process to do a simple exchange extremely difficult. I finally had to threaten that I would dispute the charge when they decided to send me 2 bigger sizes.

I DO NOT recommend this company! Extremely over priced and the quality of the boots is not good!

Zero stars if I could. Ordered boots and when they arrived looked nothing like the picture. They were cheap and absolute garbage. Refused my return, even though they were never worn. This place is a complete scam and money stealer. I would never buy anything from them again. What company doesn’t allow you to return an unworn item when it doesn’t fit?? Horrible customer service and cheap shoes.

I need an address to return items to have my money back it is impossible .
I'm still waiting for and address to return the items. I'm not satisfied upon receiving them, the items are totally different from the web. it is impossible to find help from the customer service I regret it, this is the first time I buy from them I should have trusted my gut ...if only I have checked their reviews and there is no phone listed under their name.

I ordered boots for my wife three and half weeks ago... Expedite for $31.00 so she could wear them on our anniversary date 10/26. Until now I have yet to hear from these scammers about the shipment of those boots.
It's my fault for had I read the reviews I would NOT ordered anything for them. Also I normally DO NOT order from any company that doesn't have a toll free phone number to get some resolve on an issue. All they have is a email which it takes days for them to respond back. So I will dispute this through my bank... but BUYER BEWARE! These people/ this company are very irresponsible, callous, and incompetent when it comes to customer service and shipping.
I'll stick with Shein from now on!

DO NOT, I repeat, DO NOT buy from these people. Totally cheap shoes and a scam. You will not get a refund. I spent over $130 for two pair of boots that looked like something out of a cartoon. Took pictures of product as requested only to be told that they could give me 10% of my money. I DIDN’T PAY 10% for the product. I demanded a refund but never got it. Then I was told if I give them a good review I would get a refund. This company is a complete SCAM!!! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!

Make sure you read these reviews before you purchase from Zeraclub, I wish I did. I purchased 3 pairs of shoes costing over $120. The shoes arrived and they were tight. I reached out to Customer Service requesting for a return label and many emails later, I have not received one. Yuni asked me to send pictures of the items, I did. Ella asked me to take a measurement of the package and send pictures, I did that as well. I did everything Zeraclub Customer service asked me to do but I did not receive any return label. Do not buy from Zeraclub, you will be scammed.

ZERO STARS. This company is a scam. I spent $85 on a pair of boots that are made of smelly plastic and they arrived 4 sizes too big. I spent 2 weeks going back and forth with customer service. They refused to provide a refund, wanted me to pay to ship thw sboes back to them and literally just tried to negotiate down the amount of money they would return. The communication was so absurd it was almost funny. I felt liek i was negotiating with a kindergratener instead of a company with policies. Don't make the same mistake i did.

I paid $47 for a pair of clogs made of VERY cheap pleather and soles of a material I cannot identify. Hopefully your reading these reviews before you buy as I wish I had done . The photos are cute , trust me the shoes that you get are not .

Unfortunately my review will not be too different from the rest terrible ones. This is a total SCAM, the shoes I received are nothing like the one they advertised, the color is yellow more than tan, the size runs smaller and the quality is awfully CHEAP!. Their customer service is there just yo give you the run around, they keep asking non-sensical questions and the last email we're asking for pictures like they do with every other naive customer that falls for this scam company. I filed a dispute through PayPal giving all the info including pictures of their cheap awful product.
Let's hope for the best DON'T FALL FOR THIS SCAM COMPANY AND SAVE YOUR MONEY. Walmart has better quality and that can tell you a lot!.

No stars. Scam company. Sizes are wrong and the boots look NOTHING like shown on website. These were 79 dollar shoes so didn’t think this was a total garbage company. Now I’ve been trying for 12 days to get help with a return and when they do respond they continually ask for different photos and photos of measurements.
Save yourself a complete nightmare and avoid this company.

FAKE SHOES look nothing like the photos they put up do not buy please DONT. I wish I could attach pictures of fake boots sent cheezy looking.mad as hell

I would give zero stars if I could. JUNK! Cheap quality for unrealistic prices. I notified them the second I opened the box that I wanted a refund. They ignored my email to support they told me to use for returns & now are ignoring me through messenger too!
