To give some context the current situation with my lease extension and buyer is proving very tricky to say the least. I reached out and spoke with Hannah for some advice, and information on options available and came away feeling both reassured and my questions answered. She was very proffesional throughout and gave clear and concise answers and explained what the options available. I would not hesitate in giving these guys a call IF and WHEN you may need a honest and helpful service. I spoke to Hannah this morning who gave me free advice regarding a property I'm purchasing. I was advised that extending the lease was not necessary at this stage. However, Hannah also gave me two details I must ask my conveyancing solicitor to check during the purchase process. If/when I need to extend my lease, I will do it with Zero Down because of the customer service I received this morning.
