Exceptionally good support and follow up. It’s an unknown process to most, I imagine, but these guys had superb communication, keeping me up to date with all developments. They gave great confidence and delivered exactly as they suggested. Possibly their efficiency also made the process straightforward for the other party, too. Certainly there were none of the usual “surprises” from the freeholder. First rate and thoroughly recommended.

I recently sold a flat with a lease extension, which initially seemed like a straightforward transaction but became quite complex due to changing demands and a lack of knowledge on the buyer's solicitor side and a very slow in response landlord’s solicitor, also didn’t help my situation. From my very first point of contact with Nadia some five months ago, and through the journey of lease extensions I can honestly say that it was completely stress free. Hannah was there throughout and answered my questions with both professionalism and warmth. Ned organised the valuations and saw me through the start of my journey, with such respect. Neil so effiently dealt with the reports and I daresay much more. Aleksandra dealt with the legalities and was always prompt to reply to any questions. A lease renewal is normally a once in a lifetime experience, so it's important that it is handled professionally! The first thing Zero Down Lease supplied was a free report on the property in question which outlined the benefits of renewing the lease. I had dealings with several members of the team to varying extents. Josef mainly, however the whole team, Hannah, Ned and Aleksandra were both polite and professional through out. Josef, in particular, was subjected to an array of questions mainly to make things clear to myself and at no point did he ever loose his patience. He explained each step or query to me in a manner that made things clear. So I would have no hesitation in recommending the services of Zero Down Lease.

I cannot thank Hannah and the colleagues who work for Zero Down Lease enough. I submitted a query on Wednesday and within a couple of hours I’d received a phone call, followed by a draft report on my leasehold. We then arranged a call and wow so so so so so helpful! Hannah was really honest, transparent, knowledgeable and helpful. It’s one of the best calls I’ve had recently. I felt no pressure and Hannah sent a follow up email with the notes / info / updated report. If I consider extending my lease in rhe future I will be heading straight back. I am so impressed with this company as their clear information and friendly support has left me feeling much happier about the issue of extending my lease. After registering online, which was simple, I quickly received an easy to read and very useful report. They also offer you a phone call when you have time to ask questions about the report if needed. Today I spoke to Hannah, who was friendly and very knowledgeable. I was able to ask about costs involved, the proposed leasehold changes and when the best time for me to renew would be. Only thing disappointing is lease extension won’t be registered until 2025 because of backlog which is out of their hands but they can expedite if necessary. Very happy with service received.

I needed used the professional services of Zero Down Lease last year.
I was very close to 80 years on my lease and I was limited by time with extending my lease.
When I requested their services Hannah called me back at the time agreed, she explained to me the process in detail and gave me the best option for achieving the purchase of the lease.
During the process I had regular emails informing me about the stages of the process and everything was finalised within the time frame agreed.
