The service was fantastic

The service was fantastic, there was an issue with my order and the staff were very prompt to respond and rectify the issue. Will be reordering again

Outstanding customer service

This was a repeat order as I was very impressed first time. Had a problem locating the parcel due to the courier company leaving it in the wrong place. Zeroholic customer service was fantastic, really quick to respond and deal with the issue. Can't recommend highly enough!

The delivery was well packed and…

The delivery was well packed and protected. It arrived two days earlier than expected which at this time of year is a bonus. As it is a gift for someone I can't comment on the drink but the service was excellent.

We are doing everything we can to get your parcel to you, but international deliveries are much trickier to chase than standard domestic deliveries.
We're looking into this and working on getting it to you as soon as possible.
We'll refund you for your order as this is the second attempt to get it out to you and you've had to wait a long time for it - but even though we refund you we'll still persist to get it delivered to you.

Great tasting non alcoholic drinks.

First time to try these drinks. We Tried the taster pack and we enjoyed all of them.
The delivery came fast and the bottles were packed perfectly.
I have placed another order and will be doing regularly.

My favourite is the Cuba Libre. As I love Rum.
