Plugs that don't work in Australian power outlets and continual mistakes

I ordered an electronic waterfall in early September and received it around 30 days later. The photos and video on their website made it appear impressive, however, when it arrived, to my surprise, I discovered the product they had sent wouldn't fit in my power outlets. I emailed support and supplied a shot of my power outlets and the plugs they supplied and received an apology and an offer to send a replacement free of charge, which put my mind at ease. However, the replacement had exactly the same problem. We're now in November and I've been waiting over 1 week without a response. I feel like they don't care or maybe they're snowed under, however, this is no excuse for such poor service and communication.

Great variety - amazing AF Leffe

My case of AF beer didn’t arrive within the 3-7 day delivery time. I contacted Zeroholic asking where it was and Huw got back to me the same day. My postage was refunded and a second case was despatched and arrived the next day. The choice is beer is great (12 different beers and lagers) and the Leffe is amazing. It tastes just like the alcohol version. I am looking forward to sampling the rest of the case.

I've ordered a number of times now and…

I've ordered a number of times now and I've always be pleased with the process and timescales.
Aftercare incident:
Once, a customer had contacted Zeroholic because they (erroneously) thought that Zeroholic had included an alcoholic drink in their order. Turns out the customer already had it in the house and just got confused BUT Zeroholic contacted everyone who had ordered a similar product in order to ensure all products where alcohol free*
I thought that was really responsible and I was very impressed with that level of aftercare.

Thanks for making my dad’s day!

I ordered a sample box for my dad for Fathers Day in lockdown - he’s always looking for new low-alcohol beers as he has a liver condition. Ordered the Saturday before Father’s Day and the box arrived on the Thursday, so several days before it was needed. Excellent service and the parcel tracking worked perfectly. He has only tried 2 of the beers before and is very excited to try the rest! Thank you so much! 💖

Beware - discount vouchers can be ignored.

After finding Brooklyn Special Effects at Tesco I wanted to find any other good low alcohol beers. I found this site and ordered 14 different bottles so I could find the ones I liked and could then buy in larger bulk.

I had a 10% discount voucher that was originally accepted but then vanished at the end of the checkout process once payment was taken. I contacted the website who then refunded the 10% but when the delivery arrived they had also removed bottles to the same value so I’m still left without my discount and no response from the website.

I only ended up with 12 bottles but fortunately there seem to be several other websites specialising in zero alcohol so will take my future business elsewhere.

Good Range of All Types of Alcohol Free and Low Alcohol Beers

Delivery took about 3 days. A good range of beers of all sorts on their site. All of which I could order. I am very pleased with their service and intend to use them again.
PLEASE. NOTE THAT YESTERDAY I POSTED A TOTALLY INCORRECT REVIEW SAYING THAT I HAD NOT RECEIVED THE BEERS I ORDERED. ON CAREFULLY CHECKING I CAN SEE I WAS COMPLETELY MISTAKEN.
Zeroholic quickly replied to my initial review offering to sort out the problem. I think this points to a company that cares, which is always a good sign.
My apologies to Zeroholic and to anyone who may have been mislead by the review.
