Great products and service but unreliable courier
The products and order customer services are great (Huw has been super helpful) however deliveries via DHL are less than optimal - Not happy with the courier service.

Good, would like dispatch notifications.
Was a gift, so can't comment on the product. However, easy ordering and pretty good selection. Only thing that could've been better was that I never received a dispatch or delivery notification, so wasn't sure where my order was. Maybe just a one-off issue :)

Hello. I’m sorry you felt the service was only 3 stars. Just to clarify: You ordered at 19:15 on the 8th (13:30 is our cut off time for same day dispatch - as stated on our website) so you’re parcel was dispatched on the 9th and was with you on the 11th which meets the 2 business day delivery guide considering the time of your order.
I wish you had got in touch before reviewing so we could have clarified this for you. I know you called the day after placing the order but at that time the parcel was in transit and you were advised it would be delivered the following day, and it was.
I’d like to kindly ask you to reconsider your review as the service was in fact 2 business days not 4 as you stated.

Zeroholic Is great
Zeroholic has a great selection of low and zero alcohol beers, wines and spirits and means I can enjoy drinking without the hangover and calories
My only piece of advice would be avoid the red wines as they are not even close to their alcohol versions - but everything else is amazing
