Bought a hoverair for my husbands birthday in September 2024. It didn't work from day 1. Took multiple attempts to get a response from the company by email as no phone number or address given. They wouldn't refund or replace. Had to return and they sent labels for UPS to send back which I did in November. No response despite 2 further emails asking if it had been received. So no Hoverair and over £300 lost. DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY.

Bought a Hoverair X1 and love the product. I contacted them with a couple of suggestions and questions. My questions to the support team were answered in detail in a very timely way. Further clarification was provided when needed. My suggestion was taken on board and I have no doubt will be considered for a future update. All in all a very responsive company with excellent customer focus. So refreshing these days.

Funded 549 $ on kickstarter over 2 years ago.
Communication stopped 1 year ago, lost hope of getting goods delivered or refund.

Disgrace of a company. Paid for a hoverdrone 2 as part of their Kickstarter campaign, they took everyone's money and have released a handful of drones over a year late. There are still so many like myself who have paid and have no product nor have my emails responded to. Stay clear of this sham of a company.

I supported and bought a hover-2 drone on kickstarter +2years ago… Initially receiving updates regularly on development progress, ZZtech did not answer any email since Jan 2021. No delivery of drone, no way to get in touch to them per phone…

I backed "Hover 2" and accessaries on November 2018. Creator kept postponing a planned delivery with many reason, and stopped update afterwards.

No answer to refund request, no single answer to everyone. Meantime Zero Zero is selling products in other market, and asking on cloud funding.

You will never get a product. They will run away after they receive your money.

A scam website that will offer a product for pre-order. Take the money and then ignore their customers.
I used one of the funding platforms that they advertised on their website.

2 years on and I'm yet to receive the product or a refund. The scam company are unresponsive and clearly have zero interest in helping me.

I would avoid this merchant.
