This time the car had a pre existing marks on the front passenger side which was not told to us on collection and noticed when collected. We spent several hours trying to send emails with pictures /calls to Centauro and Zest of the issue. This certainly put a damper on our short break.

Excellent from start to finish
Zest was excellent from start to finish. They provided a very competitive quote for a rental in Norway. Their customer services were easy to contact and helpful. Their price includes insurance against an excess claim which gives one reassurance and saves buying a separate policy. A small deposit is made at booking and the balance only 28 days before travel. I cannot recommend more highly.

Great car hire experience
I liked being able to hire a car with full insurance and without the hidden extras. The booking process through Zest Car Rental was straightforward and painless. The hire company (Top Gear) had the hire car waiting for me outside the airport terminal and were there to receive the car on my return. There was no hard sell at all for additional bolt on policies. The whole process was smooth, quick and staff were polite and friendly. I will definitely be using Zest again for future car hire.

Good car rental company
Website is easy to use, additional driver is free and they only ask for €400 for the damage waiver. Documentation is easy to understand. The entire booking process is excellent.

Getting the car options you selected at pick up
The online booking system is slick and it was easy to speak on the phone to a representative when required.
I booked a car with Italy Car Rent, pick up at Verona Airport, the car was selected as it included SatNav. At pick up however there was no SatNav in the car and it was very much take it or leave it. So with no alternative just took the car. Zest followed up my complaint and got a small refund from Italy Car Rent and an offer of a discount on future car rent from Zest, which was fine.
So the message is, if you have booked an option that is important, it would be worth speaking to Zest the day before you fly and ask them to contact the rental company to check you are going to get what you ordered and payed for.

This was the third time using Zest.It isn't the cheapest but there is never any hard sell at the rental desk or pressure to take out additional insurance & the cars provided by the third party have always been great..Customer Service if needed is very good

Centauro and I had trouble with the car, my fault. But I can’t connect with anyone to find out how much they charged me get like an invoice so I can show it to my insurance. Bad communication. Anyway what can you do to help????
