Zest offer exceptional rental rates…
Zest offer exceptional rental rates that are cheaper than their competitors. They provide clear and prompt information regarding bookings, including pick up locations. Collection and drop offs are fast and easy. While we have used them now several times, on this particular occasions, we had an issue with the car after just over a week. One phone call and they had a replacement car dropped off at our hotel a few hours later. We have recommended Zest to many of our friends.

Ease of booking, our pickup was waiting at the airport on arrival. Collection was easy with all the correct documentation. Able to review car before leaving and identifying and areas of concern. Drop off was easy and transport took us straight to the airport. Very straightforward and would definitely use again.

I chose Zest because of its Which endorsement - but my experience fell short of expectations
I chose Zest because of its Which Recommended Provider status and the confidence that gives customers when booking through them. I have always found their booking system to be seamless and have had a couple of good experiences using Zest in the past.
However, when a dispute arose with one of their recommended suppliers on my last booking, I was left out of pocket while Zest repeatedly advised they were still waiting for a response from the supplier.
I booked through Zest because I expected them to stand behind the companies they recommend and take ownership when things go wrong. Instead, I have felt unsupported throughout the process.
The matter remains unresolved, and despite my recent follow-up, Zest has now stopped responding to my emails. This experience has fallen well short of the level of customer service I expected from a Which Recommended Provider, and it has significantly undermined my trust in both their recommendations and their commitment to supporting customers when problems arise.

I’d booked a car through zest
I’d booked a car through zest, and the hire desk closed at 12am and are flight wasn’t due to land until 11 so was a little concerned we wouldn’t clear customs in time.
I telephoned zest the day before to change provider which they sorted with no problem and the company was cheaper. I would recommend zest to anyone.

This time the car had a pre existing…
This time the car had a pre existing marks on the front passenger side which was not told to us on collection and noticed when collected. We spent several hours trying to send emails with pictures /calls to Centauro and Zest of the issue. This certainly put a damper on our short break.

Zest was excellent from start to finish. They provided a very competitive quote for a rental in Norway. Their customer services were easy to contact and helpful. Their price includes insurance against an excess claim which gives one reassurance and saves buying a separate policy. A small deposit is made at booking and the balance only 28 days before travel. I cannot recommend more highly.
