Months of Delays, Empty Promises, No Refund

This issue has been ongoing since December, and I still have not received my refund.

After I initially posted a review, the company contacted me with a proposed solution. Based on that, I updated my review in good faith. Unfortunately, those promises were not kept.

Since then, it has been a cycle of delays, excuses, and missed deadlines. Each time I’m told the issue will be resolved “this week,” but nothing happens. There is no follow-through, no transparency, and no accountability.

This has been a frustrating and time-consuming experience. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend doing business with this company.

If you are considering working with them, be cautious. If you already have an active subscription, I would strongly advise reviewing it carefully and considering cancellation.

Very disappointing overall.

Bedankt voor uw bericht.
Ik begrijp dat het erg vervelend is dat u de terugbetaling nog niet heeft ontvangen. Vorige week heb ik u meerdere keren geprobeerd telefonisch te bereiken, maar helaas zonder succes.
Wij hebben het bedrag inmiddels meerdere keren geprobeerd over te maken naar het rekeningnummer dat bij ons bekend is. Beide keren is het bedrag echter teruggestort, wat erop kan wijzen dat het rekeningnummer mogelijk niet meer actueel is.
Zou u ons het juiste (nieuwe) rekeningnummer willen doorgeven?
Zodra wij dit hebben ontvangen, zorgen wij ervoor dat het bedrag direct opnieuw wordt overgemaakt.

They renew your subscriptions without…

They renew your subscriptions without any notification. If you don't pay attention, you're on the hook for another 3 years. Even if you don't use it, or have left the organization you need it for. Very inflexible, greedy people.
Stay away from these folks. There are better alternatives. I warn you, stay away!!!!

Hartelijk dank voor het toevoegen van uw gegevens.
We hebben zojuist telefonisch contact gehad. U gaf aan dat u de berichtenbox wel had gezien, maar hier niet meer in keek omdat u inmiddels niet langer verbonden bent aan de vereniging waarvoor het abonnement oorspronkelijk was afgesloten.
Tijdens ons gesprek hebben we de situatie samen doorgenomen en zijn we tot een passend compromis gekomen. Fijn dat we dit op een prettige manier hebben kunnen oplossen en dat alles nu naar wens is.

Been a paying customer for 6 years

Been a paying customer for 6 years, yet never actually needed to use their services. As a result, the subscription faded into the background.

This month I unexpectedly received an invoice for an automatic 3-year renewal, without any prior notification or reminder. I was therefore unaware that the contract would be extended.

When I contacted them to cancel, there was zero flexibility or willingness to look for a reasonable solution. The response was purely focused on enforcing the contract and short-term revenue, rather than customer satisfaction or long-term relationships.

Very disappointing experience after so many years as a customer.
