Our mortgage broker introduced us to Zettle, and we’re so glad they did. Ethel was fantastic to work with—thorough, knowledgeable, and incredibly supportive throughout the entire process. She carefully reviewed both our sale and purchase contracts, clearly explaining the special conditions and recommending changes that worked in our favour.
As we were managing a simultaneous settlement, it was a particularly stressful time, but Ethel was with us every step of the way, which made a real difference. The Zettle app was also a great tool—it kept everything organised and made it easy to stay in touch.

Used zettle for our home purchase
Used zettle for our home purchase. WOW! The app was excellent. Helped us with the task and timeline. And there was always a chat page open where you can directly chat with the conveyancer. Super good because we were in a different time zone. It was easy for us to leave messages and she replied in a very timely manner. Things have changed so much since the last time I bought .

No fuss and on time
It was very easy to work with Laura and Sherry. Any questions I had, either of them responded quickly. Their app is also very useful for keeping track of our purchase. We were kept in the loop at all times to ensure settlement occurred on time. Highly recommended, and I would not hesitate to use them again.

Good for institutional investors
If you are institutional property investor, Zettle would be provide a solid service. However, if you are a first home buyer, you will find that a lot of little nuances that could have been helpful, if legal conveyancer actually cared about.

Seamless, professional and easy to use
Sherry was fantastic to work with. She made everything as seamless as possible, nothing was too hard for her to deal with and she adapted to change very quickly, always working things out that needed to be. Everything was stress free for us as sellers because of this. The platform/app was also great to use! Made everything clear and concise. A lot of work made easy!
Once I was set up on the Zettle platform it made the purchasing process so simple. It was easy to keep track of tasks, see what needed to be done and by what date. I hate to think what a nightmare all of that would've been over email! When I needed to speak to Sherry she was available with calm and considered advice. Sherry in particular was so helpful and using Zettle made what could have been a stressful experience very straightforward
