Property Conveyancing - a cut above
Selling property in today's market has become very administrative, time consuming and has many moving parts, changing rules and more players involved, each working their part of the sale process to meet a settlement date.
In our busy world, the need for professional legal representation is a must, finding one that instills confidence, maintains regular updates, provides advice and takes the extra steps like working out of hours to ensure a successful outcome are hard to find.
It was by recommendation or word of mouth that I reached out to Zettle legal and in summary, found the company that met all of above and more, very professional so a big thank you Shanelle and Shelly and Zettle for providing a seamless conveyancing settlement.
A professional company with personnel that are highly recommended for those that need confidence in meeting settlement deadline dates.

It was fine overall. Things weren’t explained very well and it seemed like a burden every time I asked a question. Not very “first time home buyer” friendly.

Great app, Shanelle is unreliable
The application was reliable and easy to walk yourself through. Unfortunately though my conveyancer was challenging to work with. Shanelle disappeared for weeks at a time during the settlement period, though when I did hear from her the advice was solid. She made mistakes on closing date/time as she didn’t check before speaking which was a concern. After settlement she’s disappeared again, I have no documents from settlement available and it’s a week later, nor a response from her after multiple contact attempts. I’ve been forced to email other people at the company to try and get help. Horrible experience for me sadly, I do not recommend working with her.

Sherry from Zettle took out the guesswork and helped explain the complexities of the settlement process. Zettle provided prompt detailed feedback and were very happy to answer our questions and educate us throughout the entire process of settlement for our home loan. We felt on top of the process by using their Zettle app with task reminders and a central chat function with Sherry.
