Getting no correspondence from youse on my withdrawal have sent everything requested for id was speaking with Declan from support team

I want take out £300 I won and I'm been trying load up my account verification details it won't accept my passport photo and keeps telling me to take it again and again I must of loaded it about 10 times plus the photo usually loaded anytime on other gaming apps excepted straight away first time now it won't load to take the passport photo and can't get hold of anyone like a customer service team to ask for help in this matter I've deposited £150 it took that straight away pissed off who do I complain too if so many before me have had the same treatment.

Zeus are a scam. They owe me £769. Every time I try to deposit it I am rejected. They quite happily took my bank deposit but will not let me withdraw.

Disgusting customer service quick enough to take your money but don’t pay out winnings, make you jump through hoops sending all sorts of ID and every thing gets rejected I won 3 grand fair and square and they use delay tactics still won’t let me withdraw, numerous complaints sent takes days for a reply, I have spoke with the UKGC about it and this particular site is well known for not wanting to pay out!!!

Average site for winning but do charge £2.50 to withdraw any money!! Never known such a rip-off on other sites and they don’t warn you about it up front. Avoid!!!!!
