As other people have noted, you are randomly enrolled in some sort of subscription program which you receive nothing for? I bought a single purchase of a product in April then suddenly in July they started charging me $29.99 for NOTHING. They didn't even bother to ship more of the original product that I bought the first time. They state that when you buy something it is stated that you are enrolled in their VIP membership program (for what?) but this is NOT TRUE as I made sure to double check about any kind of subscription. They are straight up STEALING.

I bought a product a month ago, and recently 24/10/2025 there was a direct deduction from my account which i did not authorise!!! Zeus Lab refund my money, you can’t just automatically without our knowledge & approval get your customers to subscribe!! I did not want to be a continuous customer so stop!!

Just 30 minutes after placing my order I noticed I made a typo in my mailing address. I emailed the support email and in just ten minutes I received not only a response but proof of edited correction on my mistake. So far I’m not sure of my experience because it’s only been a week! But I was charged 29.99 for a membership and I’m not even sure I want to keep purchasing the product. I would have just canceled but the email and telephone number is just dead ends. I would like to cancel the membership immediately and get a refund for the charge as I wasn’t aware of the membership. Thank you will report back once I hear word.

I made a mistake with delivery and I want this product soooooo baaaaaad! I instantly looked for a way to get this fixed and before you know it they texted me with contact information for issues. Their responses was within a couple hours and I am hoping the shipment get to me. (Fingers crossed).

I purchased the Feminine Gummies on your website for $17.95. I was then charged $29.99 and I most definitely did not authorize or sign up for this. I need a refund for the 29.99 ASAP. Please cancel the subscription that I never signed up for as well. If this is something you all charge you all need to make it seen in Bold print so people will know. Your products have good reviews but Zeuslabs you all need to do something about the hidden fees.

I ordered this product back In August. I was charged $17.95 as they were running a special. I was charged August, September and October and fee of $29.99 for a subscription I did not authorize. I tried calling and leaving messages but have not been able to contact anyone. I would like for my money for the 3 months I didn't know I was charged refunded back to my card.
