They automatically start charging for a random subscription?!?!
As other people have noted, you are randomly enrolled in some sort of subscription program which you receive nothing for? I bought a single purchase of a product in April then suddenly in July they started charging me $29.99 for NOTHING. They didn't even bother to ship more of the original product that I bought the first time. They state that when you buy something it is stated that you are enrolled in their VIP membership program (for what?) but this is NOT TRUE as I made sure to double check about any kind of subscription. They are straight up STEALING.

Just 30 minutes after placing my order I noticed I made a typo in my mailing address. I emailed the support email and in just ten minutes I received not only a response but proof of edited correction on my mistake. So far I’m not sure of my experience because it’s only been a week! But I was charged 29.99 for a membership and I’m not even sure I want to keep purchasing the product.
