First off my order came in a timely manner, what I did not know upon ordering that it was signing me up for a membership, so I got charged twice before I was able to cancel it, because I didn't know. I did take it for a while.It didn't seem to do anything for me , but then I found out From my Doctor that I'm not even able to take the product anymore So I was asking for a refund for the original payment and a refund for the second payment. But I can't seem to get touched with anyone on the phone or by email. So it's just very frustrating to be charged twice for something I can't even use.

I am livid. I purchased from this company in September 2025 what I thought was a one time purchase. I have been billed three times now for a subscription, but only received ONE delivery. I’m livid. I’ve emailed them twice, with no response and have now started a dispute with my credit card company. Do NOT purchase from this company, total scam!!

I received my order but this company is constantly taking money out of my account! I am highly upset and will never order anything else from this company of if I see their name ! Please refund me my money because I didn’t order anything else and I refuse to pay overdraft fees because of this company stealing money behind peoples back ! As others have echoed, I am seeing recurring credit charges from this company which I did not consent to. Zeus Labs - cease and desist charging my credit card immediately along with full refund of the fraudulent charges or I will have my bank pursue action.

First I would like to say upon my first order everything was good. Shipping was fast, and easy. I did see that upon first order you would be automatically enrolled in a membership and that was fine. However, I cancelled my membership almost right after my first purchase and for 3 months I still got charged. I went back to the website to try and cancel it again but I couldnt because it was already canceled. I contacted customer support during the 2 charge after the cancelation and I got absolutely no response. I got charged again the next month and contacted them again. This time their response was fast and we worked out a refund for those extra charges. I would have liked to have all my charges back but I got 2 of the 3. The 2 reps I was in contact with were nice and easy to talk to and helped me ensure the membership was cancelled and I got my refund. Other than that I had a decent experience with the order I received.

Trust your instincts.. I ordered the gummies have not seen any results and to make things worse tthey charged my cc on some automatic renewal . So b warmed.

I don’t like that fact that you guys are trying to take money from my account and I haven’t received my products that I paid for. I never signed up for anything else to come out of my account nor did I authorized it. This is pretty much giving SCAM. I would appreciate if you guys take care of this matter asap
