Unfair Charges

Just like most of the other reviews I was hit with a $29.99 charge the day after receiving my initial order. I didn’t see anything regarding an automatic membership when I initially made my order and I am trying to get a refund because if I knew that I wouldn’t have made a purchase at all.

Be careful ordering from this company

Be careful ordering from this company. They will send you the product in a few days later they charge you for a 2999 monthly subscription that is not told about clearly upfront. I thought I was just buying the vitamins not also signing up for a subscription and you did not receive anything for the subscription. I did not realize that I have been signed up for a subscription until the second month that the 2999 came out of my bank account. I have written a email of complaint not sure if I will hear any responses. and the product does not do what it claim to do. Total waste of money.

Upon reaching out to the company and requesting a refund they were extremely polite and quickly issued my refund. I appreciate that. Usually there is hassle or no response at all. I got the capsules

I got the capsules and I’ve been on it for two months. I’ve lost no weight at all anywhere. Not only that but I was only supposed to be charged like $40 and ended up being over 100. This is nothing but a scam.

SCAM

All of the reviews seem to have the same issue. I too was fraudulently charged $29.99 7 days after purchasing a product for $17.95. Clearly the company is processing under false pretenses. Subscriptions are generally charged 1 month after purchase. However a 30 day guarantee was offered. The product was of poor quality and did not work for me. I am request a refund for the initial $29.99 taken out of my account on Oct 11, 2025.
