This is the worse company. They charge you monthly for ordering from them. For instance, you buy something in August. They charge you a monthly fee from then on, even if you buy nothing else. You can spend hundreds of dollars for one product that was initially 9.99. They are a SCAM. They refuse to refund you money because it’s outside their refund window.

I ordered their product. I received the product one time. They continuously charge for a monthly subscription fee of 29.99. For what? Ordering the product one time. They don’t send the product monthly. They just take your money. They offered to refund the money for one month, then two months, but not for the three months that they took the money. How many are they hoping to scam before people realize they are being charged for “ to continue offering products below cost with unlimited discounted orders and free shipping for our members. To clarify, the membership does not include automatic shipments of products each month. Instead, products are only shipped when you manually place a new order using your member benefits, which is why you have only received your original order.” Customers are “automatically enrolled in the VIP program.”

I have reached out concerning the same issues as other wherein a 29.99 automatic debit is taken but not product is shipped. I received my first order in September and expected to have a monthly product shipped but see that the advertising was misleading and/fraudulent in nature. I would like to either receive the product that I was charged for or a refund of both October and November charges to me card please and thank you. I actually do like the product but in this economy please try to have more integrity and consideration of peoples hard earned money who are simply trying to support business without tricky maneuvering on the owners end.

I was over charged on my account. I was told my first 7 days were free but, later I got billed two different amounts. In October 11th I was charged $17.95 and on the 18th I was charged $29.99. Then another $29.99 Nov 21. But, no product for those charges. I’m reporting to BBB.

Product was received in less than a week. I had a problem with a subscription that I didn’t know I signed up for and customer support handled it via email in less than 12 hours and also explained what happened. Everything was smooth dealing with them which is always 5-stars in my book! Can’t wait to see if I see a difference after taking the product.

Well I got these gummy’s and they taste great unfortunately I never got to find out if they work because I ended my relationship 🥹 and who else was going to tell me what I taste like🥲 also don’t forget to cancel if your NOT going to reorder they will charge your debt card! Fortunately they were able to give me my FULL REFUND and sadly cancelled my account as I no longer have any use for these products at least not for the meantime 🥲
