Product arrived in a timely manner. I did read the reviews prior to ordering and did see a lot of bad reviews regarding the subscription. I believe ppl need to read and understand the fine print before you purchase a product. You have a 7 day trial period when you purchase this product and it clearly states it. All you need to do is cancel it before the 7 days are up and you won’t get charged. Plain and simple!

Accidentally put the wrong address in my order and accidentally ordered an additional bottle I didn’t need contacted a rep and it was taken care in less then 30 mins of me reaching out. It’s hard to find a business that responds in a timely manner these days

Money Back

They worked great, but I didn't realize I was getting a subscription once I got my first order on August 18th and you guys took $29.99 for the past few months including this month but I've never received anything. I do want my money back. I've never received an order conformation or anything, so I don't even know if I'm getting scammed or not. I do hope I can get my money back.

Great Customer Service

I absolutely loved the great customer service I received from Cyndi. I received my order within 4-5 business days, so shipping is very fast. The only problem was the items that were shipped were incorrect. I reached out to customer support and within the next day Cyndi responded. The situation was handled very professionally and in a timely manner.
