At last! A company's after sales who care.
I just love the ring it's just what I've been looking for for a long time.
I wanted to know when the package was going to arrive so I got in touch.
I was then given the tracking information so I could view it myself and watch it's time-line which i thought was brilliant.
When the ring arrived it was packaged so securely as though it was a fragile piece of china.
On unwrapping the parcel was a beautiful box which contained my gorgeous ring. It was EXACTLY as shown on the website. Thankyou so much ZEYA.

Really cheap goods
Really cheap goods. Doesn't arrive in packaging on the website. Comes in a plastic bag with cheap 'fashion jewellery' written on it. Definitely Chinese goods don't be fooled. Ordered gold plated earrings but the stud that goes into the ear is not gold plated so waste of time will make anyone's ears rot. Not worth the money or the wait. Offered me a 105% store credit because for a full refund you have to cover the cost of shipping it back to China!!!!!

I ordered some earrings - still haven’t got them…or a refund
I ordered some earrings, I had a message and email to say they had been delivered, I was sat in my front room that faces the driveway when they were supposedly delivered. However they were not - I am now emailing trying to get a refund/replacement and keep getting told they are checking with their warehouse. Doubting I will get this resolved but based on my experience, I would not purchase from there again.
