We trialed using zFast 2 years ago for one of our Shoutcast streams as our existing provider had changed their package offerings making it less flexibile for our needs. After that broadcast went seamlessly, we switched over to using zFast for all our streams for a small 1 week RSL last year and a month this year. This has also worked flawlessly.

I've asked a few technical questions a long the way, the most recent being to accommodate our streaming server arrangement which is arguably slightly non-standard. The support has been excellent every time and in this latter case even extending to reconfiguring their firewall to accommodate our needs. Highly recommended.

I have used 3 hosting Companies over the last 4 years and I have found zFast to be the most helpful. Their Reseller account particularly is the best value for money and the best support anyone could wish for.

I have just signed up to a reseller hosting plan with zFast. Firstly, I was with my last hosting company for ten years, but, the price that these guys were offering the package at was a mere fraction of what I had been paying, so it was a no brainer.

Cost alone was not the driving factor, I checked this company out, who they are, what they do and how their services compared. I was so glad that I made that switch. I had a support ticket open recently, which was resolved within 24 hours and the comms was excellent re my support ticket. Yes, you guessed it - i love this company and I am categorically not associated with them in any way. Just feel so happy with what i have purchased right now.

Absolutely perfect service

Never before have I found a host in my city that is able to provide a service as good as zFast, offering the great package I have bought with the specs of a high-end system at a reasonable price.

I have been with them now for a year and I don't see myself leaving any time soon.
