I have used it twice and it has been great!! Everything ran great and made probably my best pork shoulder ever. Only issue was connecting to the Wifi. Had to get a Wifi extender that I could have only on the 2.4 setting instead of the 5g. The first use I couldn't connect at all. Second use worked great after having to buy the extender

The assembly went well. Grill looks great and I got the free grill cover!

Can’t wait to grill some burgers on it.

Took a chance for my first pellet smoker. So far, I am very impressed. The grill is very sturdy from the door to the wheels. It all seems to be well made. The first cook was accurate and tasted great. The shipping was fast, but the box was so heavy, I don’t think the Fedex driver was going to deliver it. Maybe split the grill in two boxes? The other issue that could be averted was a small bit of damage from the heat box to the right side grate support. It doesn’t affect the operation or seating of the grate, but could probably be avoided if the grill was in two separate packages. Overall, I love the grill and am smoking pulled pork tomorrow.

Ordered the blind box gen 3 BUNDLE. The grill was delivered today but NO bundle. OK, no big deal...right? I called customer service, let's just say, they are not in United States. I informed the individual what I ordered and what was missing. Loooong pause then replied what is in the bundle!?!? Really?? So after more uncomfortable back and forth, they said, send an email to zgrill customer service. What the actual heck is going on here.

This grill is amazing. It is double insulated, and it has cooked meats to perfection. I have enjoyed all the time that I’ve been out grilling. It has really drove me to love doing this smoking process without the hassle.

My Z700 was easy to assemble, directions were not hard to understand. The grill is easy to use, keeps the heat but recommend getting a thermal cover to help regulate temperature. I have grilled and smoked and so far results are positive for consistency.

I’m loving my ZGrill and so are my friends and family because they are eating well! I’ve made 2 briskets, 5 racks of ribs, smoked queso dip, sausage, and several batches of chicken wings. It has been so nice to not have to worry about maintaining the temp overnight on the briskets. Love it!

I love our Z-Grills 700D2 Smoker. The Grill cooks anything well and with recent digital upgrade I can monitor temps and Temperature probes from Easy BBQ Que has been faultless and helped monitor meat temps but the new wireless update included a better temperature controller that you can set in 5 Degree inclements and it holds temps closer to your set temperature. The temperature Probes from the Easy BarBQ fit the new controller and work perfectly. Customer Service is always helpful and friendly!

Grill was delivered in a timely manner. Installation was very easy. I have cooked on it twice and been satisfied both times so far. I did send an email to customer support. Just a general question but haven't heard anything back. It's been about three weeks.

Purchased the surprise box hoping to love the z grills products. This was purchased to replace a Cuisinart dual grill smoker/propane. Like how simple the product was to put together. I think this would be great as a smoker that you don't open the lid. As a barbecue it is not great. It looses temp so quickly that it barely cooks at even the highest temps. I will use it as a smoker but... the other Cuisinart smoker could barbecue amazingly so I am disappointed. Do not buy this as a BBQ.

Crowdfunding is awesome. i got 2 Grills up front and they are great quality made will heavy steel. i made one a dedicated flat top and the other grill/smoker.

Great company so far. I haven’t used the free grill portion yet but the grills works great.

Grill was easy to assemble. He heats up and cooks better then my last pellet grill.

I love my new zgrill! Holds temperature great and easy to use! It’s my go to cooking device!

Purchased a 1000D4E WIFI - STAINLESS STEEL 3 weeks ago. Assembly instructions were clear and it took the daughter & I about 90 minutes to get it completely assembled.
Initial startup was very easy. Once that was done I smoked some ribs, very easy. Temperature did not vary much at all and the ribs came out great after 2-3 hours.
Clean up was very easy though I did make the mistake of not lining the drip pan with foil. I make sure to do it now every time. Very little ash from the pellets, just did my first time vacuuming after 5 cookings. Would definetly recommend.
Have not tried the wifi so can not comment on that

This is my first wood pellet grill and so far I really love it. The temperature has been very consistent and the WiFi works great with the app. I really enjoy grilling and smoking again. Highly recommend a ZGrill
