Just upgraded from a 700d model that I have had for 7 years to the new 700d4e. This is a quality grill. I tested the temperature with my external therm pro. Temp variance was +/- 2 degrees on the built in temp vs external temp great!. The new pid controller is a great upgrade over the previous one on my 700d. Smoking temps get up to temp faster and hold dead on. Have smoked ribs, tri tips and steaks all to perfection. love the hopper dump and also the dual wall definitely less pellets consumed. Great Buy!

Season your meat pop the temperature probes in and use your wifi app to watch your meat to cook to perfection. It's that simple. Making meals several times a week the whole family loves!

Overall have been very happy with my purchase, this is my second Zgrill. Second one I picked up the larger 10502B. Overall has been a great upgrade from my first. I did get a high temp error code the first two times I ran the grill but it seems to be working fine now

So far so good, I ordered the grill on 04/06 and received it on 04/10 will be using on 04/12 set up is simple.

Just got my grill put together, I really thought that it was going to be difficult to do, but it was easy. The only complaint is I did try to contact the company twice and never heard back from them.

5 stars plus, plus, plus! Zgrills are absolutely incredible! This is the third I've had and it was purchased through the lifetime redemption program so I'm set for life. No matter what is smoked or cooked it comes out bursting with flavor. Im a zgrill ambassador and will never buy anything else.

I am a first time pellet grill user. I bought a 450 B 3rd Gen. The delivery was great and it was easy to put together. I have used it a few times and it is great. I used the recipes from Z grill and the steak, ribs and meatballs turned out really great.

The unboxing experience was great. I was amazed how well and tightly packed my grill was. There was no damage and the grill appears well built. The. Instructions were great. The only drawback was the warming rack is missing but Z grills is working with me to send one. I did the burn off yesterday and it fired right up. The auger is doing A great job and the grill worked better than expected.

Grill arrived quickly and was easy to assemble. Only had 1 cook so far but went well. Only issues I noticed is half way through the App stopped working on my phone.

So far it has been a great experience. Z Grill arrived quick and not to bad to assemble. Loving the big hopper.

I have been looking at these smokers for about 3 years now and finally decided to order while they were doing the replacement grill every 5 years deal. I ordered on a sunday and had it on my door by Tuesday. I have cooked a few meals on it and once you get used to the temp swings and figure out to let it sit and stabilize its great. It does take a little bit to assemble but is not that complicated. Good materials and good construction i have no complaints.

I recently purchased a Z Grills smoker, and I have to say, it does an excellent job at smoking meat! The flavor and tenderness of the smoked dishes have been fantastic, making it a great addition to my outdoor cooking setup. However, I was a bit disappointed with the "blind box" promotion. It turned out to be misleading, as everyone receives the same grill instead of a random selection as advertised. Despite this, I still believe the smoker is worth the investment for anyone serious about their barbecue game!

I am so impressed with the z grill and the mystery box. Only thing I wish is all the models had a port for meat probes. Otherwise it’s great. It even keeps a consistent temp on a windy 35° Michigan day. I’m new to the pellet world but really think my loyalty will be with z grills for a very long time.

My first day using my grill I smoked a full brisket. I’ve had a lot of smoked brisket when I lived in Texas. My new ZGrill produced the best brisket I’ve ever had. It was tender and moist with a beautiful ring around the outside.

I have only owned the grill for about 3 weeks. It has worked wonderful so far. The Bluetooth connection could be a little better but overall a good grill.

After using our grill a couple of times. We are impressed. Works just like I had hoped. This is our first pellet grill. I like being able to control our grill with the app. Seems to work really well. I am impressed by the cooking surface. Very nice grill.

First Pellet Smoker. I am very please with the first cook on the 600 series smoker.
Well packaged with individual parts well wrapped. Once I performed initial burn in I made the best pork butt I have ever had. Bringing my smoking game to a new level.
Thanks for the Blind Box option and will really consider Z Grill in the future when I need another.

Smoker arrived quickly. Very easy to use and clean. Only wish the ash pot was easier to clean during longer cooking sessions without having to disassemble cooking surface.
