I loved the individual services
I loved the individual services. But they are kinda hidden away in a small link at the Bottom of the page.
Why can't you put both Z-Indexes and individual services on the main page? Or do you want it gone? Like a die out construction?
individual services made Zignaly what it is today. Now you kinda seem ashamed about it.
Put a Top5 or top10 best performing individual services on the main page below the Z-Indexes. That would be the smart thing to do.
Unless you really want it to cease with that service. If so you should reveal those plans to us. And don't leave us guessing. Thanks

We want to be very clear: individual services are not something we are ashamed of, nor are they being quietly discontinued. You are absolutely right that they played a key role in building Zignaly, and they remain available on the platform.
That said, as our product strategy has evolved, Z-Indexes have become the main focus of the homepage, which may make individual services feel less visible than before. This is a matter of prioritization and structure, not a signal that those services are meant to disappear.
3. Layout, visibility & usability feedback

Last year the new design and putting individual services behind a link on the bottom of the page gave me bad vibes.
Didn't those services make Zignaly great in the first place?....
Now Zignaly was hacked apparently but i only found out by visiting the website. No email no nothing...
So 2025 bad decisions. 2026 even worse it seems.
Hope we get access to our assets back.

I have been using Zignaly since 2020. A lot of things have changed in the platform since then. Where still there is room for improvement the platform is in continue improvement.
What I like it:
- Hands free. No require to have technical or trading knowledge
- Commission based only on profits
What can be improved:
- With the ZScore is easier to pick traders. Still it is hard some times.

Stay away for the following reasons
I've been with them almost since day 1 of launch. my overall experience is really bad
Stay away:
- Poor technical implementation
- Invalid "rating" calculation of traders
- Mathematically guarantees you to lose
- Withdraws might take months, if the trader disappears or stops using the platform so does your money. (I still have a pending withdraw since 4 months)
1: Poor technical implementation:
Both the website and mobile app are badly developed, loads of bugs, very slow response times, and can't login 9 out of 10 times, can't even implement proper login and refresh mechanism so you have to fully login every time and do the 2fa every single time even when using same device!!!
If the code on the surface is showing all this incompetence, I don't want to imagine how badly the backend and security is implemented, I hope they are at least not storing the passwords in clear-text and have proper security and privacy concerns
2: invalid "rating". their so called "AI calculator" is nothing more than rating the traders based on their win-rate in the past X days/weeks. which is no where near sufficient for a proper evaluation. a profitable trader this week might lost all your money next week. AI has nothing to do with it, it's just a simple mathematical algorithm. with a bit of brainstorming they could improve it.
3: rigged to make you lose:
if the trader lost a trade, you lost with him. if the trader won a trade, they and the trader will take a success fee. for this to work in your favour, the trader must be at least 80% profitable long term with no loss streaks. example:
100 open > 90 close = you lose 10 (of 10 loss)
100 open > 110 close = you win 6-7 (of 10 profit)
so a 50-50 trader will end up losing you money instead, so a break-even is not in your favour!

1. Technical Implementation:
We understand how frustrating a subpar user experience can be. While we haven’t recently deployed many front-end updates, our technical focus has been on scaling our B2B operations and building the foundation for our upcoming PS3 infrastructure. That said, our commitment to stability and performance is ongoing, and your feedback is noted. Regarding login issues, we agree this can be improved, and it’s something already under review. However, we want to assure you that our backend infrastructure and security practices are solid — including encrypted password storage and industry-standard privacy protocols.
2. Rating Calculation:
The current trader evaluation system (Z-Score, performance indicators, etc.) may not be perfect. Still, the challenge is creating a system that objectively evaluates a wide range of managers in a fair and transparent way. This is not a simple task, but it’s one we are actively improving, especially as we roll out PS3, which will offer better tools for evaluating and managing trader risk.
3. "Mathematically guarantees you to lose"
This is not accurate. While it’s true that investing always carries risk, we have many managers with over 2–4 years of consistent and positive track records. Choosing a trader with high risk or inconsistent performance can naturally lead to losses, but that reflects the nature of trading — not the platform itself. We strongly recommend users to do thorough research and use risk management tools provided.
4. Withdrawals:
We understand how painful delays can be, and we’ve worked hard to ensure this doesn’t happen in the Marketplace. Your mention of a 4-month pending withdrawal is not the norm in recent months. This brings us to an important point — since you didn't share your email with us, we cannot verify whether you invested in Marketplace services or in a Private Service. It's important to note that private services operate independently and are not monitored or controlled by Zignaly, which can lead to issues beyond our oversight.

I have been using Zignaly 2.0 for about…
I have been using Zignaly 2.0 for about 5 months now. I have 8 years+ trading experience.
logging in with 2fa is a bit buggy some times especially on weekends, I think they switch it off for maintenance.
Their top FMs are terrible I tried the top 10 for 3 months they just mostly lost money and some made a little. They also seem to promote the bad FM's who go awol and then your withdraws are not released you have to wait a month while losing money and then contact them and they take an other month to process the return and delete that FM. They don't seem to have their clients interests at heart. I had 4 awol FM's already. I saw they needed help and that I could do a better job so I signed up as a FM. and I was Gold top trader last month after fine tuning my terminal.
I should be gold top trader this month too. Unfortunately I have to leave them because when I first joined they accepted funding through various networks so I funded my account with a smallish test amount of USDT then they stopped accepting ETH which was fine with me. But at the same time they stopped supporting the various networks which I was not told. Now I am happy with Zignaly and I want to move more funds into my FM account either through them or directly to Binance but I can't as they only use the BNB network now and exchanges in my country don't support sending to BNB only Tron and Solana networks. They customer care was mostly copy and paste answers and are unwilling to offer a solution or allow me to fund directly so I am going to have to move on as I can't waste my time just trading a test amount no matter how much I would like to offer their clients my skills .
