Terrible service,non of my orders arrived at all and no response after numerous emails.

SOMEONE SHOULD DO SOMETHING TO STOP THIS "BUSINESS" FROM STEALING! THAT'S WHAT A "COMPANY" DOES WHEN YOU PURCHASE ITEMS THAT ARE NEVER DELIVERED TO YOU, BUT CHARGED TO YOUR CREDIT CARD. FRAUD IS A CRIME, AND THERE SHOULD BE SOME KIND OF LEGAL ACTION TO PROTECT CUSTOMERS.

I made a terrible purchase. The dress they sent me arrived a month late, it was not the model I chose, it is ugly, it is of poor quality, very expensive and it does not fit me.
Don't buy to this company (Zillalike), they don't even answer your claim.

Placed an order on 29th July 2021. Received confirmation on 4 August that order was shipped along with the tracking #. For the past weeks I have tracked the order and the message received was " Label created, not yet in system." On 20th August, I sent a followup email to them but to date I have not received a response. This morning, 23rd August sent another email asking them to cancel my order and refund me my money. My advice is DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM. This is not acceptable service. It is totally unacceptable. POOR SERVICE.

They sent me the wrong item, & will not answer my emails to fix the problems. The item wasn't cheap, & was the only reason I ordered from them. BEWARE, YOU ARE THROWING YOUR MONEY AWAY AT THIS SITE!!!! Unsavory way of business.
2 weeks later & they still haven't emailed me back. THIS SITE IS A SCAM BASED IN CHINA 🇨🇳!!!!! BEWARE THE SCAM!!!

Clothing quality is bad. Sizes are DEFINITELY NOT MADE TO FIT AMERICANS. I guess they believe we are now all Chinese in the United States.....FAT CHANCE!! AMERICAN businesses do not try to CHEAT PEOPLE!! They will not answer your emails nor your bank's emails. So they must be trying to SCAM EVERYONE!! I wonder how they stay in business. Chinese are out to scam people and we Americans are too trusting, so they do it to us. Hope they begin to deal with the Russians......they will show those Chinese exactly what is what!!!!!!!!!! I guess Americans are the ones with brains and the Chinese are the ones that must scam others as they cannot think for themselves!

Rubbish service. Apparently I don't even warrant a response from this company about there payment options not working to buy over 10 items. Don't waste your time.

There dresses are not true to their advertisements. I bought 2 cotton dresses. ( may). Instead, I received 2 cheap polyester dresses. Request a refund. Never got a response from them. I do not recommend this place. Everything is shipped from China.

I ordered 2 shirts at the beginning of June. Still waiting on them. No tracking info and no return email.

I don’t know what to say. My bank delayed one payment so I put another one through. Two dresses were delivered even though I asked immediately for a refund. No reply.the dresses are se badly made I would t even give them to charity. Please, please people don’t ever buy off this website. I’ve sent 5 emails so far and no reply £58.00 waisted.

DO NOT ORDER !!!! SCAM SCAM SCAM PEOPLE!!!!!ALL THE REVIEWS ARE CORRECT..THE DRESSES THAT I GOT WERE TOTALLY DIFFERENT FROM THE WEBSITE!!! AFTER I EMAILED THEM ABOUT MY ORDER THEY SENT ME A TRACKING NUMBER BUT CARRIER WAS IN CHINESE SO I COULD NOT TRACK THE PACKAGE AT ALL. IT ARRIVED 3WKS LATER BUT WRONG DRESSES AND THE SIZES WERE OFF AS WELL. SOOO DISAPPOINTED.

REALLY BAD!! NOT WORTH IT!!

I order a dress that looked nothing like the one in the pictures. It was really bad quality, both the material and the way it was made. I had to send it back to China in order to get my money back. The package was return to me 2 months later and i cannot find out the reason (neither my shipping company).
The say they will not give me my money back until they get the package but it is quite difficult to have it delivered.

They didn't even answer my last email

AVOID AVOID AVOID! This company should not be trading. Do not buy from them. The quality of materials used is appalling (if your items actually arrive!). I’ve sent what arrived back for refund but alas.....no refund. Still waiting for 5 items.....doubt they’ll arrive. Probably lost around £200!

I ordered a dress. I received totally different fake dress. I emailed them and they said whenever they received the dress back they will refund me( I had pay shipping fee)
After 2 months I don’t get refund yet.
