I was a bit disappointed in the report. Seemed light on information, especially on the vehicle history. No real info on original owner and locations. Limited service and inspection information for second owner. I was especially disappointed in the "market price analysis". I did a CarFax after doing yours and found it a whole lot better on much richer data. Your valuation had average price at $14k to $15k. Carfax had is private party average $9k. I offered $8k.

The price for a one time only car report is lower than others and reliable
The best part is how it’s easy to understand all the information they give it’s all broken down into categories.

I like that they give me more dates than a competitor, and a better price, but no details regarding the comment Vehicle Serviced. There are no details. Competitor states what was done on those same dates Zilo listed. Oil and filter changed, washed and detailed, tires rotated etc.

Maybe this detail is offered at a higher price and I just didn’t catch it. Or maybe Zilo doesn’t offer it

I was looking at a uses car that the dealer said was in perfect condition. When I looked up the VIN on Zilocar it showed an accident on the front right side thatvthe dealer tried tk conceal. Inspection revealed frame damage. So thankful for Zilocar!

The company report was very detailed and it gave me the information. I need to make a decision about whether or not to purchase a car it let me know every detail about the car that I could possibly need. It also told me about the history of the owners and several things that I wasn't able to find on other websites. It saved me a lot of money because in the end I decided not to purchase the vehicle.

Quick the only problem is the report said there were outstanding recalls and there were no service records. We called Honda the following morning g and Honda said there were no outstanding recalls and that there were 22 service records that he sent me. So we when bam k to buy the van and someone brought it, so this caused us to miss a purified a good van.

After being scammed by one site, I considered going with well-known Carmax or trying Zilocar. I chose Zilocar after seeing so many positive reviews—and I wasn’t wrong. They provided a thorough, detailed report that was clear, easy to read, and gave me the confidence I needed to move forward.

After looking at the companies that provide car reports, I decided to move ahead with Zilocar. I’m glad I did. The process was straightforward and the report was easy to access and the history of the vehicle was clear.

I purchased 3 reports. Was sent the initial report when purchasing all three. Another email with 2 redemption codes. There's no where on the website to enter them. There is no link for the two codes issued. The report I did receive was poor at best. I want a full refund for not receiving a service I paid for and when you try and contact the company and go to hit the submit button it does not function. Never again.

I was shopping for a used car and need good history information to help with the decision. I purchased the special 3 reports for the price of 2. 59.95, I found the report very thorough and helpful, I purchased the first car I looked at and the report was a big reason. I recommend this product.

I really appreciated that the fee covered all the things I was looking for and I didn’t get scammed into a “membership” or “free trial”. Buying a car is hard enough without all those hassles! I was able to see that the vehicle had been in a front end collision and that explains the AC not working great so I’ve passed on that car, but I’ll definitely use Zilocar again if I need it for another vehicle.

Exactly as promised and quick. I had used a couple other competitor services and was automatically put into a subscription. Hate those companies that do that!

The review was nearly immediate, it was comprehensive, and it was easy to understand. Big winner.

The report was super easy to do and provided us with great information that helped us make a better decision when deciding to purchase a car from the internet.

Zilocar.com was VERY EASY to use. It was recommended as the #1 site to check cars, by someone who had spent over $1,500 doing VIN checks on vehicles. I used it as my one and only VIN check. I loved it because it showed pictures of the car when it was in an accident. The seller told me the car was not in an accident. The check revealed what I thought, but needed to confirm. I would DEFINITELY use in the future as I continue to look for a used vehicle.

Zilocar was actually recommended to me by a Dealer. The process was easy and the deep dive did find issues that other competitors did not. I will use them again for sure

This was a very smooth process and detailed vehicle report that was very helpful in my purchase decision. The cost beat all the other competition by far. I had my report in a flash! I highly recommend Zilocar.
