Quick response and excellent customer service.

I love using my Dental Pod Pro to clean my Invisalign retainers. Unfortunately my device stopped working but customer service was very helpful in helping me get a new unit ordered for free.

The customer service is top notch! So responsive and helpful! I also love my dental pod. Best thing to keep my mouth guard working well and staying fresh!

Still havent recieved my order and its coming up on 2 weeks. Saying they have replenishment issues but why still take orders if havent got the stock. Poor customer service as well with little to no updates. Got my order and customer service sorted me out.

I love their products. My retainer is clean. For a change. Brushing it doesn’t quite take care it. When my Zima Go ultraviolet stopped working while it was under warranty the customer service team was very helpful, quick to respond and quick with a replacement. It’s a great company that stands behind their products.

Purchased this item 5 months ago. It's over heating and making a noise that sounds like tin. Tested in with just water in, and it's the same.
Contacted Zima who said pop a towel under it ....I'm not sure who is replying but putting a towel underneath an appliance that's over heating with water in is a Health and safety issue...I asked for a replacement or for it to be looked and go no response

I wasn't sure what to expect because this was my first ultrasonic dental pod, but I'm really glad I went with the Zima Pod Pro! I love that the water basin can just be lifted off the base to fill or rinse out. I tried a different brand of dental pod-safe cleaning tablet brand, but it barely cleaned anything so I gave the Zima tablets a try. Holy moly, between one 5 min pod cycle and a Zima tablet (let dissolve 2 min before putting aligners in, open side facing down, putting the pod lid on, and starting cycle), I don't think I've ever seen my Spark aligners this clean. They are practically sparkling! No longer are my trays slimy, gross, and stinky. Brushing them by hand and regular soaking tablets do not cut it! If you are new to ultrasonic cleaners like me, just know you gotta use cool tap water, and fill up in the middle of min and max basin lines, because the pod waves heat the water up. I was surprised at the noises the pod makes when you start a cycle! It sounds like pulsing high pitched electricity noises - it's not broken, it's the sound of the ultrasonic waves doing their thing! It kind of scared me the first time I ran it haha. I am a neurodivergent chronic migrainer who is sound sensitive, so to me, the sound is not loud, simply unpleasant, so what I do is run it and just walk into the kitchen and take my morning meds while it buzzes and does its thing for 5 min. For the rest of the day, I just pop my aligner trays out at mealtimes and use the Zima uv case (1 min uv cycle then remove and air dry trays. The combo of the Pod Pro and the uv case is fantastic! I bought the bundle. It comes with 6 free cleaning tablets. To keep my pod clean, I just rinse it the basin out with cool water after the cycle runs. Leave the lid off and let it air dry. For the case, just leave open and air dry. Every few days (2-3 days), there is some residue in both the pod and case from my trays so I just use one Zima wipe to wipe out both the pod and case. It has kept them super clean and fresh! I love my Zima appliances so much that I plan on getting the Go travel version of the Pods. 10 outta 10 will buy from Zima again and would recommend!
