Is small and cleans perfectly

I contacted Zima support with a question and received an immediate response that was not only helpful, it exceeded my expectations. Best customer care I have experienced from a product support team.

The entire Zima support team that have contacted me, Sophie, Gian and Juancho, have been EXCELLENT in providing updates on the status of my replacement order. The delivery service created the problem by delivering my unit to the incorrect address. This was NOT a problem that Zima created nor caused. But Zima is doing all that it can to correct the issue. I have not received the replacement yet but will update you when I do. Thank you for your customer support team and for Sophie, Gian and Juancho!!! They have been what every customer support team should be, sadly that is NOT how many businesses operate today.

I bought the Dental Pod Pro from Amazon and tablets directly from the Zima website. The Pod is simple to use, has good quality build and cleans well. The tablet works better than other substitute products out there. I wish they sells the tablets on Amazon too, because purchasing from their website was a hassle. The shipper they use, ShipX, was unreliable. Fortunately Zima support team was responsive and fixed the problem.

Customer service was amazing. Very quick to respond and get my issue resolved.

Brilliant product - so easy to use and so effective. My mouth guard looks and feels incredibly clean and fresh - just like new. Wish I'd got one earlier and not wasted time with a tooth brush.

These work great. I trust Zima dental to deliver quality. In addition, they arrived in a couple days. I will order from Zima Dental again.

I submitted a request online to have my next subscription shipment moved to an earlier date. I expected to receive a response within maybe a day or so, but several minutes later I received an email response letting me know that the change had been made. I really appreciated the fast response to my request. This is typical of the service that I have received in the past.

It took me a while to take the plunge and purchase a Zima Dental pod, but I'm so glad I finally did! Firstly Patricia was very helpful, prompt, and professional when she responded to my email. I appreciate the team’s general attentiveness and for making sure lost time was made up by speedy shipping. I am using the appliance currently with my lower plastic retainers and see a difference already with clarity and cleanliness. I look forward to seeing what Zima has to offer in the future. I really like the Zima Ultrasonic case, it keeps my night guard super clean, it's easy to use and very portable when I travel. I recommend it!
