CONTRUCTIVE CRITICISM but FATAL FLAWS
1. The app continuously freezes, which has been a problem from the outset. You offered to resolve this, but since you could not, you have gone on silent
2. Re the app, it used to weight bearing exercises, e.g. landmines, but now does not exist and the same applies to a number of weight-bearing exercises
3.Calfs is limited to standing raises and bounces, no other and not weight bearing
4. when I comment on setting for muscle build and ask why I am doing the same body part two days in a row and why do much cardio, the AI assist acknowledges that you should not train the same body part, but the program does
5. It does not adjust the week ahead (remaining) if you adapt the current plan

The best Fitness App on the Market (Unbiased review)
Honestly, I have been using this App for over a day and all I have to say is WOW. I have used countless different fitness Apps (all have been great to use) but all of them were relatively similar to one another. I always wanted to do a plan which allowed me to focus on becoming an elite athlete aswell as hypertrophy (Building size & muscle) and this App truly has blown my expectations.
Bear in mind I have been training for well over 5 Years and I’ve seen great results but I guess training styles changed for me and my overall direction was stuck in terms of my fitness goals.
I always wanted to be the best, feel the best & look the best and I actually believe I will get somewhere far with this plan.
Not to mention the built in AI the App has aswell, to allocate straight forward information and answers rather than to look online aimlessly, all the information you need is where it needs to be, all in one place which is something unique that I love.
Overall, so far, 10/10 experience! I would defo recommend it :)

Zing Is Amazing!!!
Zing Coach has been very helpful. This AI fitness App is really good. You can Tailor your work outs to the gym or the Equipment you have at home. The Zing Coach has even given me smoothie recipes and How to make and How much Calories. I’ve ask for a breakfast recipe and they gave me one that was only 87 calories and it was really good and my wife liked it.

Great customer service / zing coach
I came to the chat with a question about scheduling, and it was answered and more. I have an android , and it's only a feature on iOS right now, so being patient is key. I chatted with Avery, and they helped me out. I needed to change which days I workout but I can only change the quantity of days per week. They were understanding of my issue and gave me advice of how to alter my workouts to my schedule. 10/10 looking forward to keeping up my hard work and seeing the progress (started three days ago!)

FAIR PRICE NEEDED.
I purchased it in November 2024 for $29.99 CAD with high expectations. However, after three months of use, the price increased to $74.98, which is too expensive for just three months of service. I requested cancellation and do not plan to use it for the remaining paid period.
The app is not user-friendly, especially when using it at the gym, as it requires too much time to navigate. The body scanner, which seemed like a great feature, is neither accurate nor truly useful. When I initiated the cancellation, Zing offered a reduced fee, but it was too late.
A fair price should be set upfront and do not wait until the end to offer discounts. Room for improvement.

The ones who run this app are so helpful and understanding. I was unable to continue this app due to hurting myself at work and they were very understanding and refunded me my subscription as I was unable to use this app at this time . But once I'm back on my feet and able to get back to my fitness this will be the app I will be using . Amazing group highly recommended 😁

Efficient help troubleshooting Body Scan
For some reason I could not get my Body Scan to work despite several attempts. After a couple of email exchanges with the support team I finally got it to work! Thanks to a detailed return with options to troubleshot issues.
The result was great. The scan provided throughout analysis with suggestions about calories consumption and lean muscle mass building.
