This was a good app

This was a good app, but not for me. I give it great stars because it did everything that it said it would do in the ad that made me click on it in the first place. I got my daily reminders in my quick seven minute workouts and my body scan but honestly, I just would ignore them and not do the workouts so the issue was just me not the app.

…room for improvement but useable, enjoyable and well thought out

The app is a bit basic but the exercises are explained clearly, the workouts cover all body areas with a wide choice. You can select gym or home workouts, strength, HIIT, Calastetics or Recovery. You have the option to build custom workouts and even swap out individual exercises if you don't like/can't do them.
Overall room for improvement but useable, enjoyable and well thought out.

Possibly the best fitness app I've…

Possibly the best fitness app I've used.
I say this, after cancelling and asking for a refund. They were happy to accommodate because I hadn't opened the app since December and had forgotten about it, I thought I'd cancelled subscription but I hadn't. The customer service was great, very responsive. If I could afford to stay subscribed, I would.
The AI algorithm is adaptive to your reviews to each session, while taking account of workload, difficulties and goals. I was able to find good and effective exercises for my listed equipment, and when I didn't want to use them it was easy to find replacement exercises with different apparatus or impact levels.
The app is easy to use, works smoothly and help is easy to find.
I would recommend the app, and I do intent on returning!

Beware - as soon as they have your account, they will steal your money

Beware,
I subscribed for 3 months for 25£.

this period started in december and would be until march.
Mid march, I find out that they have been charging me evey week, i repeat, EVERY WEEK, more than 6.70£, for a total amount of 57£. This charges all occurred in the period of the 25£ 3 months. so they illegally take money from your accounts. DO NOT DO IT.
trainings are good, but they steal and they won't refund. I am going to report them as scammers on TV.

Smooth from Start to Finish

I recommend this app to friends and family. I truly enjoyed the app and I appreciate when they recognized my circumstance (major surgery) —& when I had to cancel my subscription. Everything was smooth & I was treated with dignity & respect from start to finish.

Great app for guidance and tracking

I've been using the app for about a month now. After having to leave a group setting with coaches and join a gym I needed some guidance. The app has been great it allows me to make adjustments where I see fit and keeps me motivated to keep going back. The best part is I'm not having to meet someone else's schedule.

A very good workout aap

Honestly, I’m totally blown away with this app. I took my membership of seven days free trial with a lot of apprehensions. But after seven days of trial, I was sure about the quality and the variety which this app is providing I just applied today for one year as they had this wonderful promotion going on.

I am working out for many years now, but on account of certain physical limitation, I had to switch from CrossFit to gym. so I wanted something where I can adjust my weights and my training to suit my needs. And I’m not disappointed so far.

For me the most important as the quality and the variety of workouts . The videos are very clear so it’s also very easy to correct your posture and movement. I recommend us up hundred percent.❤️

Good and helpful customer service

It's a great app with great workout. I am particularly reluctant when buying on platforms, but after reading reviews, I tried a one-month subscription but due to sudden reasons, I had to cancel before it got auto-renewed. I didn't know how to cancel and contacted the customer service. Quick response. Friendly and help you properly.

Zing has helped me stay on track with…

Zing has helped me stay on track with my goals. Love that I don’t have to think about my workout plan. I just have to move my body. I wish the body scan would assess size measurements of body parts and would provide a way to track your progress with some sort of chart.

High recommend if looking for something to start a habit because it's so simple

Super simple in terms of the equipment needed, the reps and coaching and analytics. And because of that it's effective if you're looking for something that you can do regularly. I really like the recovery sessions with the roller as they add an extra dimension you don't have with other apps. There is some additional functionality that allows you to customise your workout which I don't use but can see some people finding that useful. Overall highly recommend if you are looking for something to start a habit.

I like the workouts but whats up!!

I like the app. Its great for workouts. But pay 27dollarx 2 for bodyscan, the site bug and a Pusch agin on pay buttom. Moe the dont want to pay me back. They charge me dubbel up. Wtf is that for service. Mvh Jonatan Emilsson

Had an issue with a charge

My issue began when I was doing banking and found a charge for the app that I didn't know I had subscribed to. After talking with customer service we ended up finding out that I had subscribed under a secondary email address that I had forgotten about. The whole process took a while but representatives that I spoke to were very informative and specific in the information that they needed to help me to access the account. I'm very impressed with the professionalism and persistence of the team.

I love using Zing My Workout

I love using Zing My Workout! The app is easy to navigate, the workouts are effective, and the variety keeps things interesting. It’s been a great tool to keep me motivated and on track with my fitness goals.

That said, I think it could use a few improvements. Adding a dedicated stretching section would be really helpful for recovery, and incorporating some yoga or Pilates sessions could make the app even better. A well-rounded approach with flexibility training would take it to the next level!

Overall, it’s a fantastic app, and I look forward to seeing how it evolves!

I really enjoy using the app and the…

I really enjoy using the app and the workouts that are generated for me. It makes exercising easy and fun to not have to figure out what to do. Out of all the other things I've tried, this is the first time seeing progress in 2 years of trying to lose weight. The only downside is that there currently no syncing of progress between devices but on the same account and that there's only one smartwatch syncing option. Another option to have would to be able to manually input step count if you don't have the apple smartwatch to sync up, while waiting to be able to sync up any smartwatch. I've also noticed that when I signed up it offered a nutrition plan that was payed for, but I don't see how I'm to access this option. Overall still a solid app.

Great app, love it

With the help of this app, I was finally able to consistently gain muscle.

I've used this app for 1 year and I have gained almost 25 pounds.

I believe the biggest reason for that is because I'm consistent. The workouts are fun and always different which keeps me engaged.
I'm still discovering new exercices 1 year in which is awesome.

For sure there are some areas to improve and the main one for me is having the ability to focus on more target muscle groups. That is specially important for me since I only train 3 times a week.
I wish I could instruct it to focus more on legs as it heavily focuses on upper body workouts.
