All I wanted to do was simply add money to my zing account, this should be a swift process given that the account that I am adding money from is my own personal account. To this date, funds have still not shown on my balance I don't see the reason for delay, once I receive my money, I will be closing this account unfortunately.

Honestly this is the worst bank I’ve ever used… They absolutely do not care about you as a customer, I had multiple issues after opening an account with zing. One of these issues being I disputed a payment, gave them all the information and because I didn’t receive an “invoice/receipt” from the merchant they wouldn’t chargeback the payment… Avoid these clowns at all cost, there’s a reason why they are not popular.

I sent a transfer which didn't go through. Shows under process for the last 6 days. Asked for refund which is also two days back.
Pathetic customer service as ready templates are used to answer your specific query.
Should have seen that the transaction is not going through and proactively refunded the amount paid.
I will be very wary to use Zing in future.
Almost 25% reviews are negative. People at the helm need to pull up their socks

With holding money that a friend sent me. I sent relevant information that they requested when they withheld the money. They Also put a stop to my account for no reason and cannot get any answers or access to my own money. Stay clear

i sent money into my zing account over 2 weeks ago and i haven’t been able to access it. i have been told that it’s under investigation for the past two weeks but have seen no progress what juts seems like robbery i have been more then happy to provide any information to help speed up the process but there is no reply every single time
Unfortunately I have had to stop using my zing account has topping up with a debit card is no longer permitted

Absolutely AWFUL AWFUL company this is a genuine review I have been asked over 35 times to provide proof of why I need to send a faster payment to the same person same payee they delay for hours have to keep chasing it up I put up with it for a while as I was without another bank account at the time but how is it they can tell me in the live chat that only some payments are stopped for review it's every payment I have to answer the same 6 questions over email do not join this bank they steal your money I am a regular UK customer not dodgy in the slightest yet my account has just been blocked and I've been asked to provide proof for about 6 payees that have already been on my payee list for months, then I'm being asked all kind of questions about my employer, these are CROOKS AND SCAMMERS
I love using the card and I will be using it from on thank you.

Stay away.
They hold your money without giving answers. Their customer service is appalling. Their responses are almost like they are scripted. They cannot offer solutions.
Use another company and avoid as I am still waiting for my money to return to me for a week.

Used Zing for about 8 months now they Froze my account 1 week ago for no reason, no reply..no chance getting in touch with customer service.. absolute useless..
UPDATE: 2 months now still waiting for a response.
Good start Zing but need you to offer things like Chase offer. Maybe I am not picking up on / aware of all of your features.

Fulfilling the promise on the referral scheme.
Also, the CVV being hidden on the app makes the account to be more secured even if card is missing.
I will like Zing to have a savings account just like some mobile banks do for me to stick properly with using it.

Weird bank as it seems to be taking 2 months to verify my details. Rather strange as most banks only have ever taken a day. Looks like they’re delaying it so that they can reject my referral bonus. Not even interested now after hearing the reviews , their customer service seems to be AI , stick to your regular high street banks or Monzo as they seem to have great customer support. They also have no travel fees like Zing which is the only reason i applied for this bank but seems pointless now that it seems sketchy.
