The service was prompt
The service was prompt, good and Well communicated.

Excellent quality of fresh vegetables and fruits! Quantity is also superb and delivery is on time
I had ordered devgad Alphonso mangoes and they were just fabulous! Other vegetables also are always great and they stay fresh for quite sometime. My first order I had planned to collect from store and only late evening I asked if it can be delivered at my house and they even managed the delivery. Highly impressed!

Bad customer Service
I cant believe service they offered, initially I booked slot and on the day of collection I got a message and offered late evening collection which not mentioned when I booked. When I said I cant collect late evening then they asked to me collect on the next day, with certain time specific even though they didnt understand customer have to sacrifice earlier day of collection they have to provide some flexibility on next day.

I apologise for the inconvenience caused. Please note that our collection centers operate in fixed time and are not open for the whole day and all days of the week. Your slot was booked on Saturday (7:00PM- 8:00PM) and you received message related to collection as per your booking. On Sunday our reading collection point doesn't operate, however we offered you collection slot until 12PM. As your order had perishable items, we couldn't wait any longer and hence Sunday morning slot was provided.
Even after making all such arrangements, we are sorry to see that you were not satisfied with our service.

Excellent quality of veg and fruits with home delivery. Recently, enjoyed a variety of leafy veg which we never had seen in local stores.Throughly enjoyed them a lot.
